​Highly Recommend: Veera and Jenny at Richmond House. ​I recently had a deep clean and polish at Richmond House Dental Practice, and I'm so happy with my treatment. Veera and Jenny are a fantastic team. ​From the moment I sat down each time over the last few months, both Veera and Jenny really made me feel at ease. Their friendly manner kept me completely relaxed throughout the procedure. Veera was incredibly meticulous and professional, ensuring the clean was thorough while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. ​It’s a shame we didn't take before and after photos to show the difference, however, I will always remember the transformation! My teeth feel amazing, I highly recommend them for their expertise and their kind, welcoming approach.

Greg and his team are at the top of their game. Their friendliness, professionalism and customer care are second to none. Over the years I have experienced several different dentists and I can honestly say that Richmond House are by far the best. (And I used to be a very nervous customer) Keep up the great work 👏👏👏

I hadn't been to the dentist for several years and decided to bite the bullet and go. Was told on my first visit I needed a tooth out, it was removed the next day without much pain. I then saw the hygienist Jeanette and Jenny who were brilliant, very patient with me and didn't feel much pain. Would definitely recommend the whole team.

Lovely team madessa and ladies and highly recommend as a person that finds going to the dentist a nervous wreck i have to say they always put me at ease and veera and jenny you two are fabulous the environment you set each time i come. I highly suggest ask for the rave session it does the trick and you dont even feel like youve come for the dentist it really works thanks kay

It’s hard to put into words how satisfied I am with the services of this clinic, especially with the work of Dr Greg, who is an excellent professional, truly loves what he does, and genuinely cares about his patients. Zero pain every single time. The prices are very reasonable. Over the past year I’ve spent quite a bit of money at this clinic, but every service was worth every penny. You may notice that the reviews are either 5 stars, from customers who were extremely happy, or a harsh 1 star. Seriously? Did someone beat you there or what? I’ve read several negative reviews, and most of them come either from mothers whose children were running around the place and were asked to calm them down, or from people funded by the NHS who expect everything immediately, for free, and on the same day. That’s not how the world works. I highly recommend this clinic — they saved my teeth and my smile.

I came here for a routine check up and I was hoping for a quick clean too. I spent 5 minutes in a room where they checked my teeth and did a quick x-ray (for teeth grinding) I asked a couple of questions regarding a mouth guard and prices. Prices were checked quickly and was told they can make a soft mould for the mouthguard but i told them i wanted to think about it and then I asked if I can have a quick clean to be told this will need to be a separate appointment with a dental hygienist and was quoted £65 or so when I just wanted a quick clean and was told I didn’t really need one. I was charged £27.50 for a 5 minute conversation and a check when my husband - who recently went to another dentist, was given a clean and a check up for that price. I even said to the dentist I can pay extra for the clean. So based off of my experience - it was a waste of time coming here.
