Smallthorne Dental Practice

My teenagers go to this dental practice and the dentist (sorry I don't know his name) they see is lovely, he explains everything, doesn't rush and he makes them feel at ease. If something needs checking or an xray is needed he will do it no problem. He seems to genuinely care about the health of his patients teeth. I also never have any problems getting an appointment and the staff are friendly.

Smallthorne dental practice is amazing! The care that I recieved was superb, amazingly friendly, and really informative, made even better by the dentist, as he was so nice, taking the time to chat to me and also explain what he could see on my x-rays. To see someone so nice, it really did make my day, and for that I am so grateful.

I am so happy that I found this dentist, I'm scared to death of all of them. I'm pretty sure it comes down to if they really enjoy what they do or it's just for money. The dentist that fixed my my teeth was actually interested in fixing them and after the final result, called my wife in to view his work as though he was really proud of it.... And he was. Such a dedicated dentist, thankyou so much.

Im not sure of the dentist name but i came to him today and he has done and amzing job. It was a busy day and i didnt feel like i was being rushed. I lost the email off my teeth a while back and the dentist and done an amzing job of clening it all up and filling in fresh enamel. My teeth look amazing and im happy to once again smile. Very happy customer

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! They don’t deserve any stars! They deserve to be completely shutdown! Went there once, and my husband went maybe 3 times for NOTHING. THEY DONT SANITISE BETWEEN THE CLIENTS! DISGUSTING!!!!!! I was so silly that I didn’t tell them at that moment and I just close my eyes believing they just did it once. My husband went for an extraction, they left him with the roots still inside and telling him it will take MONTHS to be booked for next appointment, or to go a private to pay almost 300£!!! Why we register ourselves to a dentist if they are doing worst job and still sending us to a private???

I would give 0 stars if I could. The atmosphere in this place gives me anxiety, the staff are extremely rude and impolite especially on reception. They also lie, they cancel my appointments then say I missed them and then get rude and hostile when when you try to explain. If a client spoke to them the way they speak to clients they would say it was disrespectful and policies shouldn’t allow that behaviour, they gang up on you and to be honest the attitude is disgusting, like playground bullying. I haven’t felt this uncomfortable in a long time, as someone who suffers with a lot of anxiety it made me have a bit of a panic attack when I last was in there. I came out of there feeling terrible and it played on my mind. They shouldn’t be allowed to treat people this way. I’m now in a lovely practice, with kind, respectful and caring staff who treat you like a human being and look like they actually want to be there!!!

The Receptionist moved heaven and earth to get me an emergency appointment a day before my dream holiday (I'm really sorry I didn't catch your name) Dr Moh and Shazmin were amazing! listened to my issues around dental anxiety and was very empathic. I can't tell you how at ease you made me. Dr Moh with thorough investigation found the pain i was experiencing needed a hygienist to perform a procedure. Abdullah and lucy gave up their break because there wasn't any appointments available between then and my holiday. I can't thank you all enough! An amazing team from reception to dental assistants right through to the dentists themselves.
