Meir Heath Dental Practice

This practice has taken on some new dentists, which is a shame as the ones who left were excellent, skilled and knowledgable. There is a dentist at the practice which shows no consideration towards their patient comfort. They manner toward their patient is disrespectful and careless. Their attitude is arrogant and conceited. I personally think that the treatment provided by this dental practitioner is below the requirements of the NHS and patient care in the UK. I would avoid getting treatment from this dentist unless you were absolutely desperate.

Where do I start ??? Worst dental experience ever.. waited 40 minutes extra for an emergency dental appointment which I wasn’t too bothered about but thinking back that’s not good :/ Both dentist and dental assistant were blatantly rude - did not offer a mouth rinse out once throughout whole appointment Was extremely rough with me - my gums poking and prodding excessively felt worse then when I first went into the surgery Was told they couldn’t diagnose me by symptoms and if I had any further problems they would refer me to a specialist for a referral "root canal" and to pay for that instead later on as they wouldn’t provide the service … like mate your literally a dentist Was so disappointed with the service and how they spoke to me in general first time being seeing by a female dentist and thought it would be better but honestly put me off so much I will never visit them again time to move to another On the other had reception staff were so lovely!

My goodness I can highly recommend this practise, I’m a very very scared patient , until I registered with this practise , even the receptionists are are lovely , I was treated with kid gloves , as they knew how scared I was , brilliant , I have been again today , and was seen by Jo I think she’s a dental nurse and my dentist was amazing and I forgot his name how rude of me , I think he’s Asian and I’m sure he did his name was Elliot ,,I’m probably very wrong so apologies there , but I have to say they put me so much at ease, it’s incredible for me I have been scared for so long and now I’m not amazing , so any nervous people out there , this is the place you want to be registering , I can’t quite believe it ,,well done

I could not attend my appointment due to having a severe chest infection and my daughter in law rang and cancelled. The receptionist is saying the appointment wasn't cancelled but my daughter in law works in a reception herself and definitely cancelled. The receptionist said she would speak to the practice manager ...still heard nothing ?? My dentures snapped in half and severed my tongue and are the worse set of dentures you will ever see. Since I have pulled 2 more teeth myself and need the others removing for a new set of dentures. Im fed up and angry 😠 as I cannot eat properly at all. Im terrified of going but I go because the male dentist downstairs and the lady dentist upstairs are very good. Reception is diabolical I'm a 66 Yr old Pensioner and need something sorting.

As usual, Jayne is just an amazing dentist, I went in with a suspected broken tooth and ended up with 3 repairs being carried out which have enabled me to smile again 😁😍.. Highly recommended.

I’ve just come out of the Dentist. The Dentist that I’ve seen (Khadeeja Saadoon) today is very professional and friendly. She has done an amazing job of completing a few fillings. Listened to me and my concern regarding my teeth. I’m really impressed. Such a lovely, happy soul made my dreaded dentist experience perfect! Thank you x

Khadeeja has been brilliant She had got me over my irrational dental fears. Her work is brilliant. She gives so much information. It is really easy to make the right decision
