Cromwell Place Implant & Laser Dental Practice

I am a really nervous patient but I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cromwell Dental practice. I am a new patient and I am so pleased with the professional way appointments are carried out. Today I had a tooth extraction but from the moment I walked in the room Darshan ( Dentist) Laura and Tracey the wonderful dental team put me at ease. A very calm and positive experience with Nilesh and Asha, I was feeling extremely nervous about the appointment, but I can honestly report that it was a pain free experience, Asher even gave me a stress ball to squeeze. Nilesh is very gentle and courteous and I appreciate everything they did to make me feel comfortable, thank you.

Pleased to say my last few visits have been great. No waiting ages before being seen, was very prompt and on time. Dentist, assistant and receptionist always very pleasant.

I have been coming to Cromwell Place dentist since 3rd September 2025 after breaking a tooth. I attended my previous dentist for help but was immediately dismissed by saying they would remove the tooth but they did not offer any help with aftercare. I was very disappointed with the attitude of this dentist. I immediately looked for a replacement dentist, and was lucky enough to find Cromwell Place in St Ives. So I made an appointment. I was given an appointment for an assessment and was immediately impressed by the kind and friendly reception I received. The ladies in the reception couldn’t have been more helpful. The first appointment was very reassuring and I have subsequently had the treatment (broken tooth removal and implant fitted). I have since continued to frequent this dentist for hygienist appointments which I find very helpful in maintaining my mouth hygiene using the advice given and am now getting my gums in better shape (a problem I have had most of my life). I cannot recommend this dentist practice enough and will continue to use them for all my future dental care. I also recommend signing up to their own dental plan as it offers peace of mind when needing unforeseen treatment.

Absolutely brilliant - I can't give enough adjectives to positively describe the practice and the practitioners. Yes, like every private dentist, it isn't cheap, but you are getting value for money and, for a dentist, about as good an experience as you can get.

This dental practice is the best around, friendly welcoming staff at all times. They always explain in full any treatments and provide all options to suit your needs. In all the time I have been seen here not once have I ever felt rushed out so they can stick to there diary. customers also seem to take priority which is amazing. I previously had a bad experience with the chain My Dentist but Cromwell Dental reassured me on many things and put me back on track. If anyone is looking for a dentist these are highly recommended.
