Tower Hill Dental Practice

I am so so so happy with my experience at Tower Dental. When I found out I needed a root canal I was absolutely petrified. I put off getting it done because I had heard all of the myths and stories. Today I have had it done and I wish I’d have just gone for it sooner! Maurice was absolutely amazing, put me at ease the whole way through and I didn’t feel a thing. Don’t be scared of root canals!! Not to mention Michaela on reception puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door, so lovely. Thank you guys I’ll be back soon!

Brilliant team - incredibly welcoming and thorough throughout the procedure. Everyone is warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to what they do. I had a genuinely lovely experience and would highly recommend. I was also running late, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. The colleague at reception was especially personable and made a real effort with clients - an absolute pleasure. Thank you all for such a great experience - especially the lovely colleague on reception who is a star ⭐!

Brilliant from start to finish. I had a check up with the lovely Zaheda and treatment with Maz and Honey. Everything was explained perfectly throughout. All staff were gentle, caring and reassuring. A lovely friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a genuine care for their patients.

Where do I start Well Fantastic service there look after you. I have bipolar/adhd and my fear of dentist last 20 years gone through roof. But here I feel so relaxed 😌 ☺️ and I still dont no where the fear gone. Yes I no the people who work here are caring and understanding. And now I look forward going to a dentist. Thank you 😊

I had been suffering from gum disease and had to ring for an emergency appointment to remove 2 of my teeth. I was immediately met by the receptionist michaela who was so friendly immediately putting me at ease. I was shown up to the dentist who fully explained my procedure and made to feel very safe and calm. I had a little reaction to the anaesthetic however everyone helped me overcome it (just an adrenaline rush). I didnt feel rushed in anyway,a VERY pleasant experience, I was happy with my cost,although I forgot to claim my teeth for some money back from the tooth fairy 🧚‍♀️ 😀

I haven’t been to a dentist for a few years and contacting Town Hall dental practice was the best decision I’ve made, from the first phone call to the initial appointment they have made experience stress free! I am so happy I have been and the treatments are reasonably priced too. Great service

I came to this surgery for an emergency appointment. I was told I needed a tooth extraction. My previous experience with the dentist have been traumatic to say the least and I was very anxious about this. I was seen by Dr Zaheda and Chloe. I cant thank them enough for being so patient and understanding. They really made me feel at ease and helped calm my nerves. Dr Zaheda also offered some advice on teeth treatment that ive been trying to get for many years. Honestly patient care is top priority. Ive already booked in for my next check up. Thank you ladies 🙏🏽
