Hi everyone I had an appointment at 10 Dental today and my treatment was amazing 👏🏼 For a person who has neglected his teeth for years I was really looked after. From the moment you enter the premises the staff are kind,caring,respectful and 💯 proffesional to say the least. I had 3 filling today and the work I had done was amazing 👏🏼 so much so Iam looking forward to my next appointment for my implant work. I went yesterday to 10 dental on arrival they accused me of not paying my bill at the end of September which I have now checked and they did take more than the amount out of my account. Since starting at this dentist it has been all about high pressure selling. They sign you up to a plan straight away then tell you you need treatment at an extra cost. This treatment went on for most of the first year so I had to pay each time as you only start your plan after this finishes even tho they still take your money for the plan each month.to anyone reading this review please think of doing your research and finding a better dentist as I would advise to stay clear of 10 dental

I chipped a tooth the day before I was going on holiday, so called into 10Dental first thing in the morning and was given an appointment later that morning for an emergency filling. The dentist (and sorry, I didn't get his name) was really friendly and professional and filled the tooth for me. All in all a 5* service from reception, the dentist and his assistant.

10 Dental doesn't do NHS treatments here we have to keep on asking what the hell is NHS Cheshire and Merseyside doing about Commissioning new NHS Dentists taking on any new patient lists in Southport or Sefton not a dam thing. 🤔 #NHSCheshireandMerseyside haven't done anything about this. There needs to be a major public inquiry and a judicial review into this Health Discrimination under UK law by UK government

Have been with 10 dental for several years now and overall I am happy with the treatment. There are pros and cons with all medical organisations, but as I feel comfortable and relaxed with my actual dentist, all is good. I had an extraction yesterday ( the first in over 40 years) and wasn't looking forward to it. However, the trust I put in my dentist paid off and it was over in a few minutes. She did a marvelous job, explained everything, put me at ease, no pain - out in seconds! Couldn't be better. Thank you to her and the staff. Jeff

I recently visited 10 Dental and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality dental care in a friendly and professional environment!

I am always left waiting when I arrive early/on time but today I was 10mins late and told I can’t be seen. I respect that I am late so can’t blame them, it’s just very frustrating when the other way I am usually left waiting significantly longer. Now for a 45minute drive back home
