I have been seeing Pat and Sally for 11+ years now and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none. Their advice and treatment plans are honest and their patience is also incredible. I have gone from being a nervous crying patient who took two hours to have a small filling done, to looking forward to my dental visits with them. I cannot recommend them enough! The practice is great too. Relaxing, calm environment and the staff are all welcoming and helpful.

I’m a new patient at this practice and after only 2 visits / 1 month, I couldn’t rate it more. I initially had a concern over the quality of a treatment that I had done at a different dentist and was looking to find somewhere that could amend the issue, do an in depth dental health check and reinstall my trust in dentists again. Within 5 minutes of meeting dentist Dr Pat and dental nurse Jess I got that trust. They fully explained everything; before, during and after treatment. This was enhanced by the technology they have to support them helping their patients. They spotted a separate issue, which I’ve been referred on for. Dr Pat listens and tailors her expertise to what is best for you. I’m not an anxious patient but if you are, you are in safe hands as they immediately gain a good rapport and are always checking in during treatment. The clinic itself is great, a calming environment and you are greeted by the lovely reception team. Today I was greeted by Hilary. I look forward to continue being cared by the team at Ocean Vilage practice and look forward to see Sally soon for a hygienist appointment. Would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend these ladies enough! They’ve changed my dental health around totally, and they’re so comforting if you’re nervous. They’ve been so accommodating with changing appointments when required, and I can’t believe it but a part of me actually looks forward to the dentist now. I officially love going to the dentist! After a bad experience at another dentist I was very skeptical about the dentists but Ocean Village have re boosted my confidence. I am a lover of spreadsheets and research, after looking at the standards, equipment and reviews etc I rang around dentists in the Hampshire area, that’s when I spoke with the phenomenal Jess who calmed my negative thoughts and gave off such a positive vibe, I knew I didn’t need to look any further and was right. I have had two appointments now and feel at ease about our plan for my teeth and the care I will receive, they have such lovelyness and patience about them they even put up with my silly jokes (the hygienist cleaning tool sounds like R2D2 though) I could not recommend a better dentist they are genuine, kind, non judgemental, decent people who will give you the best care, advice and positive vibes! Their coffee is good too, interesting cups!!

I had an excellent experience at Ocean Village Dental Clinic. The whole team were kind, professional and welcoming from start to finish. A special thank you to Sally, Lorraine and Hilary for being so helpful and making me feel at ease. The care and service were outstanding, and I would happily recommend this clinic to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic service. Excellent clear communication throughout, transparent analysis of my teeth. Very clean and high tech technology they used during my procedure. And great value treatments. A special recognition for Pat and Lorraine who was 5* during my visit today. I will be using this dentist over my previous dentist for the future.

I can't speak highly enough about the care I've received. I recently had a root canal and some fillings done. Hilary at reception was so warm and welcoming. Dr Pat is absolutely wonderful, professional, gentle and explained everything clearly which really put me at ease. Jess was attentive and supportive the whole time. A big thank you as well to Sally for the thorough and friendly hygiene care, and to Lorraine for her kindness and professionalism. The whole team creates such a calm, positive atmosphere, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I'm very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.
