Had a horrible experience on the phone with a receptionist. I had rang up last August to make an appointment and was told there would be a six month waiting list. I'm autistic thus being told that it was six months I was already a little stressed out because I get in my own head. Six months came and went with no call. I rang up today only to be told there's a five year waiting list and that I wasn't told that it was six months I promise I was. I tried to explain why but kept getting interrupted. I politely ask that you get your receptionist to do an autism training course. I was told to call the my dentist at dean road instead and had a much nicer person there.

I would highly recommend this Dentist. I took my elderly mam who has Dementia firstly for a check up then for further treatment. The Dentist, Emilio Vazquez, and his team were very professional, patient and caring towards mam and her needs. I can't thank them enough for how well they looked after her 🙂

I cannot praise this dental practice more highly. The reception staff are friendly and helpful and the care and attention from the dentists and their assistants cannot be faulted. It is the first dentist I’ve been to that runs on time and they squeezed me in just before Xmas for an emergency appointment after cracking a tooth averting pain over the Xmas period. Thanks again Sunderland road practice.

I'm a very nervous patient but Emilio has been very understanding and put me at ease. The reception staff and dental nurses are all very friendly. I'm very happy with the practice. However, I was slightly disappointed today when the dental hygienist refused to swop rooms to accommodate me. Being a wheelchair user I needed the downstairs room and she refused to swop. Leaving the receptionist to apologise. My appointment has been rebooked. I'm a private patient not NHS so may go elsewhere next time

The experience has been so great, from the appointment booking to my root canal treatment, it has been so smooth, comfortable, and professional. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Kler more as has been so great throughout the treatment. She explained to me everything I needed to understand, and she made the infection go away like a magic. Dr. Kler and her assistant made sure I was comfortable and feeling ok during the treatment. Thank you so much!

Terrible experiences here as a young person, when needed help as an adult, they were no help at all. Via email I was a patient, on the phone I wasn’t - but they were happy to help privately (no surprise). Avoid at all costs would be my advice.

This was my first appointment at the Sunderland Road practice, I found the reception staff very polite and welcoming, I was delighted to find that my dentist was Ms Saud who I saw at my last practice, so I knew I was in excellent hands,the nurse that assisted her was also very efficient and pleasant 😀 Overall brilliant first visit.
