Beyond Dental Solihull

The service at Beyond Dental has been absolutely fantastic. I’ve had numerous treatments here over the past couple of months. Dr Anil has been incredibly thorough and professional, talking me through all of the procedures and offering clear aftercare advice. He also put either relaxing music or my favourite YouTube videos on during my fillings as he knew i was nervous! The staff on reception are so welcoming and knowledgeable. Christina in particular has been so kind and attentive. She always remembers the drink i like when i come in. The interior of the practice is really modern and contemporary. Not an old coffee table magazine in sight! For someone who is not usually a fan of going to the dentist i always feel calm and well looked after by the team who go above and beyond in their customer service.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and they made me feel comfortable immediately, which is great for nervous patients. They are all highly skilled, uses modern technology. Fantastic experience from start to finish! I recently visited the practice and was looked after by Tina, the Treatment Coordinator. She was absolutely brilliant and really made me feel at ease. Tina was so friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful. She really went out of her way to ensure I had a great experience and answered all my questions patiently. Thanks to Tina, what could have been a daunting visit turned into a really positive one. I was amazed when i walked into the practice, I was greeted by Katie who offered me a drink and asked if I would like to brush my teeth- something I have never been asked before, but made me feel a lot more confident to see the dentist. All the staff were so friendly and it made me feel relaxed. I saw Dr Arie and Iqra for an implant consultation, I was showed a scan of my actual teeth and the whole process was explained to me. I have been so nervous about this for years. After today I’m excited to start my treatment and feel I have made the right decision. The treatment plan was ready for me and Katie explained every stage. I was able to lay over 12 months with no added extra cost. I would recommend Beyond dental to anyone. It feels like all the team really care and as a nervous patient I was made to feel at ease.
