I had a really positive experience so far with Ascent. From the moment I went in it genuinely didn’t feel like a money-making exercise, I felt I was completely listened to. They took the time to explain everything properly, talked me through all of my options, and gave honest advice so I could make the right decision for me. The whole process was quick, painless, and really straightforward. Appointments were efficient, I had a follow-up the very next day, and now my braces are booked to be fitted in just a couple of weeks. Really impressed with the service so far and would definitely recommend.

First impression: Everyone was so polite, the customer service from everyone I met was great and my dentist, Kathryn, made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm really excited to start my treatment! The branch is in a beautiful location so it felt like I was treating myself when I went and the dental office itself is really clean and well presented. Definitely felt like a luxury experience from start to finish.

I recently joined the practice, I had checkup and wisdom tooth extraction done by Harpreet and a scale and polish with Jenna. Everyone is lovely including reception and nurses. Would recommend to anyone who’s a nervous patient, my extraction took literally minutes and I’ve had no problems.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I first set out to fix my teeth ahead of my wedding in 2022, completely underestimating how consumed I’d be by wedding prep — and then by newlywed life! From the very first appointment though, one thing was clear: I trusted Dr Yasmin completely with my smile. She was incredible from day one. Fast forward to the following year, and my journey had to pause due to my pregnancy. I genuinely thought that was it — that the dream smile would never happen. But fate had other plans. A chance run-in with Dr Yasmin gave me the nudge (and motivation) I needed to start again. I won’t lie — restarting treatment with a baby was daunting. But every single appointment, check-in, and follow-up was seamless, calm, and reassuring. Dr Yasmin was endlessly kind, patient, and supportive. She gave me confidence when I doubted myself and made the entire process feel manageable. Truly, she is one of the loveliest souls I’ve ever met. I’ve finally completed my Invisalign journey, finishing with teeth whitening and composite bonding — and wow. It may have taken longer than planned, but I wouldn’t change a thing. My only regret is not starting sooner. If you’re even slightly unsure about where to go — go find her. Track her down if you have to. She’s simply the best. I had such a great experience at this dental office! I recently broke one of my brackets and came in to get it fixed. I already had another appointment scheduled for the following week, and instead of making me come back twice, they thoughtfully took care of both appointments during the same visit. I really appreciated how efficient and considerate they were with my time. You can tell they have their processes down and truly care about their patients’ convenience. Everything ran smoothly, the team was organized, and they made the whole experience stress-free.

I don’t really like going to the dentist (who does?) but everyone at Ascent Dental Care make all the efforts to make me feel at ease. Besides this all the clinical staff is very professional, very knowledgable without forgetting to be human and empathetic. Everyone knows what they are doing and if they don’t they will ask a colleague for their opinion and expertise. Medicine and health should always be like this: work as a team to get the best treatment for every patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for dental treatment to the point that i have move city and i have to drive 1h+ to get to Ascent and I still go to them. I have even recommended it to friends who also have to drive 1h+ to go to them. Very happy client here!
