Maple Orthodontics

The nurses themselves are really nice but the reception ladies, especially someone named Charlotte is very rude. They are so rude for no reason and even if you ask a simple question they'll be aggressive to you. The clinic itself is very nice.

My daughter felt very comfortable at Maple Orthodontics and we were served straight away. Our options of treatment were straightforwardly communicated and the service was quick and professional. Highly recommend going there if you have any dental concerns.

look i think this clinic is very nice. everyones always been very patient & sweet especially my new dentist. however i do think they have for some reason delayed my removal of my braces. ive had them for 4 years & they’ve become increasingly irritable for me. i know that obviously i am not educated enough to know when to remove them, however my teeth have been fairly straight for about a year now, and have been told ‘maybe next session’ i can get it removed for about 6 months so its pretty disheartening. this is just constructive criticism i know you guys are very professional but perhaps treatment can be prolonged. great clinic otherwise, never had any issue other than that

Got my braces done with them privately a few years ago when I was a bit younger. The orthodontist (Emily I think?) had chipped one of my teeth and did not tell me, which was dishonest though I did not realise at the time. The tooth now has imperfections and seems to turn yellow faster and have been told will need a fill costing >£250 pounds. Also they took off the braces too fast when one of my teeth was still not in line with the others so essentially paid >4000 pounds for imperfections and also damage to my teeth, did not realise at the time that I could speak up or ask them to fix it but recently my regular dentist told me that I should have.

I had a very positive experience with the orthodontic doctor cheing and therapist. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and caring throughout the whole process. 👍🏼

Great service. Spoke about my daughter being nervous after bad experiences at other dentists at the beginning of the appointment and they were very good with her. Explaining and encouraging her all the way through. Excellent service

I came with my 13 year old son for the first time today and I was half an hour late due to traffic and bad weather. I did inform the receptionist that I am running late... she did reassure me that I would be seen but unsure how long I would have to wait.... thankfully I was seen quickly. Everyone I saw today including the receptionist were lovely and professional....I had read the reviews of the practice before I came and was quite apprehensive but I didn't need to worry!! My son will now be put on the 2 year waiting list as one of his adult teeth has not erupted.... which is fine....We had an interesting chat about my son not eating sugary snacks and drinking fizzy drinks with Dr Cheung!
