Wow! Can I just say that the customer service I received at the reception, and the dental service I received at my very first appointment as an NHS customer was absolutely first class. Both girls in reception were so friendly and CLEARLY knew exactly what they were doing. The girl who I dealt with in particular was outstanding. Not only were these girls flat out due to being I’m sure inundated with new NHS patient registrations, but the information she gave me was spot in. The dental nurse who I saw and the dentist were brilliant. No nonsense dental info and care. Straightforward plan due to having a broken front tooth. If this is the the quality I’m to receive from now on, this place is highly recommended. Will update after work has taken place but on first impressions, things are looking great. Well done to all members of this dental practice who obviously know how to run a business and ensure customer service is at the forefront. Thanks so much and keep up the great work, seriously, it really is appreciated by us customers. You’re doing a fab job and should be proud of yourselves and whoever is directing and leading this Surgery.

2 stars as they offered NHS dental care and the receptionist dealt with me professionally and courteously - HOWEVER, once in the dentists it was almost farcical - I went in with with a very painful jaw and gum damage and loose teeth. To the extent that when asked to identify the actual single tooth by pressing it I couldn't - the pain was enveloping my whole side of the face with several teeth creating the same pain reaction. I was then asked if I wanted the tooth removed - I said rather incredulously that we hadn't even determined which tooth was causing the pain - this was dismissed with a suggestion to go to their main branch in Cradley Heath!! for further and expert treatment. I don't expect to make a journey to Brum for 'expert treatment' - I expect it at the practice I'm at or at least a local referral. The performative offering of the referral note was accepted and I left to join another dental Practice whose dentist diagnosed that I was grinding my teeth in my sleep (Having never done this before I did not realise what the symptoms were) They noted the gum damage, took x-rays to determine that my teeth were actually ok but loose in my gums and gave me a few pointers as to what I could do and to contact them again if I needed further treatment.

I hadn't seen a dentist for 30 years, and I went today. My friend did most of the talking as she knows my history very well. It's a very small place, but the receptionist was very helpful, and the dentist was excellent. Highly recommended

Not having visited a dentist for a number of years I was nervous about any treatment. However, Dr Sabah put my mind at rest immediately. She explained the full procedures and after care for my new found smile. I would highly recommend her

I would often suggesting people to use this dentist. But I've had my appointment cancelled via text.. told to phone to rearrange this appointment... I cannot get through.. been trying periodically for past few days!! Currently I'll so been unable to get into town to try directly. I won't put less than 3 stars as usually a good dental practice.. but it's important to be able to get through on the phone!! ... Never had this issue before. It would be handy if they had an email address to contact them if there's technical problems with the phone.

I was with this dental practice for 5 years. I missed an appointment with the lady dentist who is really lovely, due to having cancer and being unwell. I tried to book an appointment with heras my veneer came off, and the tooth had eroded due to meds and chemo. They said she was taking any more bookings. But she was as my friend had booked her 6 monthly with her. I had to see an older dentist instead. I wont go through it all, but basically hr was really rude, instead of asking me to turn my head to the right, he grabbed my head and turned it. Im lucky to have found a another NHS dentist. They are really lovely.

I have been a patient for 30+ years and I have always been happy with the service provided. Due to flooding on the roads today traffic was chaotic. I phoned 30 mins prior to my daughter's appointment to say that I was en-route and may be a few minutes late. It took 22 calls to get through (no exagerration) to be told that if she were a few minutes late she would not be seen. This situation was out of our control and we did arrive on time but unfortunately the receptionist I spoke with came across as rude and patronising. I fully understand that appointments times are tight etc but to be told that my daughter wouldn't be seen and then told she would be penalised due to not cancelling 24 hours prior caused unnecessary stress and worry. I completely understand the repercussions of missed appointments and the reasoning behind the 24 hour policy but sometimes things do happen last minute. Customer service is key and today it wasn't great. Can't fault the dentists at all but the phone situation needs updating. It takes far too long to speak with someone.
