Seen on time, although it was still quite early in the day. Very thorough examination and issues clearly explained. Probably one of the most comfortable teeth x-rays I have had. Only fly in the ointment - long wait for NHS dental hygienist (first available appointment was in November); maybe employ more dental hygienist 🤔 Lots of appointments available for pricey private hygienist though! Despite that, very happy with service provided today!

She explained every step of my treatment clearly and patiently, making sure I felt comfortable and reassured throughout. For the last four years, I was being sent around from one NHS dentist to another, and in the 15 years I have lived in the UK I have visited so many different dental practices – but none of them came close to the level of care, professionalism, and expertise that Jennah provides. Incredible practice, speedy appointments, and wonderfully professional service. The receptionist was lovely, and Anil Mangat and the dental nurse (apologies, I didnt catch your name!) were an utter pleasure to meet. Anil was extremely articulate and empathetic, and both went above and beyond to provide service and ensure my comfort. I will be returning to Taptonville House again!

Very caring and professional for both my 5 year old and for myself. Admin/reception staff also kind and effective. Had been putting our check ups off, but am very pleased with our experience.

This is a great dental practice. The staff are very caring and efficient. My dentist (Dr Eliza Mulhaire) is very professional and attentive, which makes the whole experience much easier.
