The Dental Practice

In my experience Nick is very professional and kind. He always spends time explaining to me what he is doing and why he is doing it. He was patient with my kids checking their teeth and showing them how to clean in the right way. Also the emergency walk in service is truly accessible with a reasonable price and efficiency. The surgery is clean and the customer care is superb. I think an high quality service is offered to their customers.

I have been using this dental practice for a good few years now, and have been impressed by the standard of service. I never have to wait long prior to my appointment and for a long time now it has been standard that I receive a scale and polish with each six month visit. I know a lot of people find this painful, however there ARE notices up asking people to mention if they do not want this service. Personally, I just grin and bear the discomfort safe in the knowledge that visiting the dentist is not meant to be fun, and pleased that someone is giving my teeth a thorough clean! Also, for a while before it became standard, this practice were doing white fillings at no extra cost. The attention to detail impressed me. I see Nick, and have always seen him. I find him very professional and am pleased that I get to see the same dentist each time. Thank you! Went to the Dental Practice yesterday at 5p.m I am a very nervous patient with dentist s but the staff there couldn’t have been more lovely. Nick the dentist was absolutely brilliant, put me at ease and gave me options. I decided on tooth removal and it was done there and then. None of that "you have to make another appointment " I was patient number 3 and was back home by 6.20. I cannot recommend them enough.A very caring practice.

We went to see Nick today regarding my sons tooth and he was very good with my son and explained everything to me and gave me some information on what type of foods/drinks to not have that you think don’t have milk or sugar in. He was very polite and made us feel comfortable. Thank you nick for seeing my son so quickly and making him feel at ease. The lady that was helping nick was also very good with my son and also helped with lots of information that I may find useful.The receptionist was also very polite and helpful 😊

I have been with Nick for many years and found him very professional. I don't expect him to talk all the time as l can't answer! Thanks for looking after my teeth Nick and thank you to your lovely receptionist.

We've been using Nick as a family for 10 years and always found him very good, competent and efficient. He also doesn't suggest work you don't really need, unlike some dentists - so you can trust that if he recommends something it really is a good idea. Granted, he is not a man for "banter" or small-talk (see some other reviews) but, hey, who can talk to a dentist with their mouth open anyway? And if his advice is sometimes blunt, that's probably because it needs to be given. I like him.

Having just been removed as a patient at this dentists I feel I can give my honest opinion of the place. It's fine if you want basic dentistry but I ended up having to go to an emergency dentist because he screwed up a filling, there's been numerous occasions where his equipment fell apart when he was operating and I had to calm him down as he was stressed. Not my best experience of a dentist.
