From the moment you open the front door, you are warmly welcomed and immediately made to feel that you are in the right place. Gemma is amazing. She always greets and assists you with a personalized warmth that makes you want to return again and again. The entire team has exceptional people skills and creates such a calming, professional atmosphere. The doctors explained everything clearly and thoroughly, always checking to make sure I understood. They provided options and allowed me to choose what best suited me, which made me feel respected and involved in my care. I arrived feeling anxious, but they quickly eased all my fears through their outstanding service and genuine care. Although my treatment journey is still ongoing, I have complete confidence that my oral health is in excellent hands. I have just had a complex extraction done at Sona Dental and I can't speak highly enough of the treatment I received. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist Gemma was welcoming and reassuring and is a real asset to the team. The Dentist Adrian, was absolutely brilliant! I never felt a thing and couldn't believe it when he told me the tooth was out already. The whole environment is calming and relaxing. This practice is like a breath of fresh air!

After a series of bad experiences with my previous dentist it was very refreshing to come into Sona today. It has a different feeling inside as it is more spa-like rather than clinical and cold. Adrian who I dealt with was very pleasant to deal with as he was very reassuring and explained each step before it was done - which puts the mind at ease. Would highly recommend Sona to others, especially people who in my case have had bad past experiences.

I had a new patient check up today. I was very nervous but the dentist and team are lovely. Everything was explained to me in detail and I feel happy that I’m getting my tooth issues sorted once and for all.

As lovely as a trip to the dentists can be. I hadn’t seen a dentist for many ,many years, but was made to feel welcome despite this . I wasn’t up for a telling off 🤣It was a huge relief to find such a lovely dentist and assistant . I was impressed with Adrian’s approach to prioritise what needed doing and options for other things that were not a priority . Gemma is super efficient and booked my next appointment .
