I have been with London Street and Pure Smile for decades. The service nowadays is much improved. The dentists I've seen have been helpful, and knew the condition of my teeth especially my problem molar. The hygienist gives me time and attention. She is very knowledgeable. I leave with cleaner teeth and some information on how I can better look after my ageing gums and incisors. The reception team and nurses seemed happy in what they do unlike in the past when I saw two of them fighting. The first receptionist I see entertains me right away. They don't pass me around. Today, a nurse even gave me a helping hand when she saw me struggling to walk. Before, they'd just be walking past me with no acknowledgement. I am relieved that I stayed with Pure Smile after the rest of my family had to move to another dental surgery.

I have nothing but great things to say about Puresmile in Reading. Especially dentist Imran. I had to have a root canal. I was anxious about feeling pain during the procedure. Imran made me feel so relaxed with his calm and friendly presence. 10/10 for his people skills, the reception staff too. I opted for a white crown. His dentist skills are fantastic as you can't tell which tooth has been crowned. You will have a very relaxed experience with Imran and his team doing the procedure. I recently completed a root canal treatment followed by a crown, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. My dentist Alia was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step clearly, which really helped put me at ease. Her assistant Sadia was just as wonderful—supportive, attentive, and always making sure I was comfortable. A big thank you as well to the reception team, who were always welcoming, friendly, and very helpful with appointments and any questions I had. Overall, a fantastic experience with a truly caring and professional team. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

i have been with pure smile for many years and wirh in the past few years Danielle a lovely young woman has been very polite, professional and helpful with all my needs possible with taking my appointments taking payments helping me with forms and other tasks i couldnt ask for a better staff team member within pure smile, imran who is a dentist at pure smile is excellent he listens to exactly what you want gives you advice also, i stated that i wanted composite bonding but he refused and said that i had to sort out my gum disease first that truly shows his care for his job and his patients his passion for his job he is not a money grabber he actually wants you to have a healthly mouth and the pure smile, i also saw safa the hygenist she was lovely told me everything she was going to do step by step so i was not alarmed as the process was quite painful she was excellent i cant fault that dentist. all the staff at pure smile are lovely and helpful but Danielle, Imran and Safa really show that their job matters to them and that you matter to them and actually want the best for you its not just a job for them and thats how it should be.

I am extremely grateful for the care my son received today. Dr Alia and nurse Sadia were absolutely excellent. The communication was very clear and they were both incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. My son needed a difficult tooth extraction and Dr Alia handled it with great patience, care and professionalism. Despite the complexity of the extraction, she managed to remove the tooth successfully without complications. Speaking with her beforehand really helped ease my worries, and my son felt very comfortable and well looked after. Nurse Sadia was also very kind and supportive during the procedure. I would also like to mention the reception staff who were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Overall, a fantastic experience during what could have been a very stressful situation. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you so much !

I had a bad start with this practice when beginning my Invisalign treatment. I started treatment without being given a clear treatment plan, and nothing was formally written down regarding my payment plan. Although I had agreed to a payment plan, there was no written confirmation of it. When I arrived for appointments, the reception staff would often tell me different amounts I needed to pay each time on the spot, which created confusion and unexpected surprises around what I was actually supposed to be paying. This lack of clarity made the experience stressful and left me feeling unsure about the process. I also had several negative experiences with the front desk staff and felt the level of customer service was poor. Overall, I was unhappy with how my concerns were handled and the way I was treated during my visits, and at one point I even considered leaving my treatment halfway through and starting elsewhere. However, since the new Head of Patient Administration has started, this has now been resolved and the situation has really turned around. I have now been given both a clear treatment plan and a written payment plan, which has made everything much clearer. I also now have a good point of contact for any queries regarding my treatment plan, and I feel much more confident and reassured about how my treatment is being managed.
