Bupa Dental Care Reading

Service seems to have really gone down hill since Jo isn’t on reception anymore. Appointments get cancelled without communication even though you have text messages confirming the appointments. If a team member is off sick, and your appointment is cancelled, they don’t seem to then be able to match up appointments on the same day so you don’t see your dentist and hygienist on the same day. It’s seems that as the patient, you are expected to work around the surgery, which is not why I signed up my family and I to this practice. Roma and Katie (who I was seeing regularly before my appointments all got messed up) are fabulous, I cannot fault their professionalism. It’s just really sad that the reception team, or whomever deals with the appointments are letting the rest of the team down! Its a shame as I really loved the practice a few years ago and couldn’t recommend them enough. Now, I’m highly likely to go elsewhere

I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist (who is, am I right? 🫣😄), but the team here is always kind and professional- and Mimi truly stands out! She’s the best receptionist I’ve come across: warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Her calm energy makes every visit so much more comfortable. Thank you, Mimi, for making a real difference!

Had an appointment with Dr Roma for a general checkup and she was great. She answered all of my questions and provided great advice. She examined everything thoroughly and had a couple of xrays to make sure there are no hidden problems. Overall a great experience and would visit again.

Really lovely staff. Dentists are always scary for some reason but everyone is really friendly as soon as you walk in. Dr Bains was amazing and put me really at ease. Would absolutely recommend.

Dr Raj Bains is absolutely brilliant! I took my 3 year old daughter to see her today for a dental check up and she was really friendly and made my daughter really happy. My daughter used to be scared of going to the dentist but she really felt at ease with Dr Raj. She is great with kids and is super helpful at explaining things and encourages you rather than patronising you like some other dentist do! Overall a great experience with her.

Bupa Dental is Reading is good. I will definitely recommend that to you.

My 3rd visit today and always a great experience. The staff explain in great detail what needs doing and what will be carried out on the day. The great perk is I don't have to wait for a long time when arriving.
