Initial treatment receiving 2 fillings was fine, calmed my nerves but couldn’t eat on the side I received them for a week. Was told this is normal and they did eventually settle down. The fillings started chipping away within 3 months, I moved away and could only book the appointment when I moved back closer to the dentist. Was told the fillings don’t come under warranty as it’s been longer than 6 months, I find a bank statement revealing the treatment was a few days under the 6 months warranty. Now the goal post has changed to each dentist having their own warranty policies and because my dentist has left (maternity leave I think) I have to pay all over again. Ideal dentist if you’re happy getting rinsed for every penny you have in your pocket.

I attended for an emergency appointment with Dr Eleanor De Boer who assessed and treated the problem tooth, after providing me with the options available. Eleanor and her dental nurse were both lovely and professional. The treatment I received was painless and thorough, also the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the process, especially as it’s New Year’s Eve. Thanks to the whole team for helping me out and providing me with a really positive visit. Bobby x

Said they where taking NHS patients and when you telephone them they say they are not taking NHS patients, and said it was the fault of the website that says they are taking NHS patients. Surely this is something that needs to be corrected sooner. Then they offer you private dental plans. All dentists should be forced or encouraged to take back their quota of NHS patients, not force the patient into a private dental health plan.

Absolute scam this dentist. Was made up at first, paid for a full deep clean treatment, seen the hygienist and she said come back end of January for the next steps, I wouldn't have to pay. I hadn't heard anything so I rang up to be told she had done it (which she never) And I had to pay again. All she did was clean my teeth. Was not a deep clean at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

As previous bad experience at different dental places I joined mydentist in June and never felt as ease!! These ladies at mydentist whiston are outstanding, They made me feel at ease from the first moment I walked in!!! Today I had two back teeth extracted, yes I was petrified, These amazing ladies made feel at ease and comfortable, Took around 10 mins, only as one was a large root wisdom tooth!! Havnt had any pain from 11hrs ago Thank you so much for looking after me 💙💙

I want to say thank you for a 5 star experience the dentist was fantastic had really bad toothache, she extracted the tooth with minimum fuss. Very impressed by the quality and efficiency of the service I received in times where barriers are in the way of delivering high class service. 👏
