Prescot House Dental Practice

Visited for my first dental checkup. Warm and welcoming reception team at front of house, helped log-in and settle before my appointment. The examination was thorough and not at all unpleasant. Had the x-ray and for the first time ever, it was a comfortable experience. Next appointment made before leaving. Overall a very comfortable experience. Relaxed and reassuring. Thank you all.

Only went for my first check up at this practice. Reception staff were absolutely lovely and efficient. Only 5 mins wait after booking in til I was called through. Divya (dental hygienist) was really knowledgeable and talked me through what was needed and put me at ease. Practice itself is quite large and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend

Been an NHS patient here since I was little - got taken over the past few years and been made more private however do offer NHS still - they are quite strict on cancellations and one dentist would not see me however due to valid reason trying to leave a msg it wasn’t picked up etc for one of the cancels another dentist seen me today and she was lovely!! So young but so patient and understanding she put a treatment plan in place and I was considering going to another dentist but after today I’m guna stay with them! Thankyou and the lovely reception team 🙂

I visited this clinic today and was truly impressed by their wonderful service. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. I had my child with me, and they took great care of him while I finished my appointment. I was able to get my tooth extraction done quickly and smoothly without any stress. Thank you so much to the whole team for such a pleasant experience! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and caring dental care.

I have nothing but praise for my recent appointment. Well deserved 5 star review. My appointment was on time, albeit there were numerous other patients present. My dentist Prema was lovely, very friendly putting me immediately at ease. I required a few fillings, where the teeth meet the gum. The procedure was pain free, with an amazing result. You wouldn't know they'd been filled. I'm more than happy with my experience today and would recommend this practice to my friends 👌

Decent, clean and friendly staff, the clinic is spotless and the staff are incredibly friendly, making for a very welcoming environment. My hygienist and dentist were clearly experienced, providing thorough and professional care that I really trusted. However, the long waiting period was a bit frustrating, as my appointment started well past the scheduled time. It’s also quite difficult to secure a booking, so you'll need to plan far in advance. Great clinical care, but the scheduling definitely needs improvement.

I hadn't been to a dentist for nearly 40 years. Both the dentist and the nurse were understanding, professional and supportive. I'm booked in for a filling and some cleaning work. Nobody would consider a trip to the dentist as a nice day out but all of the staff made it a welcoming and professional experience.
