Having recently undergone a dental implant at Waterside Dental Practice, I felt genuinely moved to share my experience. Having dealt with dental issues throughout my life, I can say with complete confidence that Paul is the most skilled, thoughtful and attentive dentist I have encountered. His calm manner, attention to detail and clear commitment to my care was outstanding. I am deeply grateful for the treatment I received and would recommend this exceptional practice without reservation to anyone seeking not only clinical excellence, but also compassion and understanding.

I have had superb dental care at Waterside for many years. At my last routine appointment I had dental hygiene treatment using the new Airflow treatment system. It was a wonderful experience…a ‘game changer’! A ‘scale and polish’ appointment with the new equipment seems very much less invasive than the ‘traditional’ method and is a wonderful advance in pain-free dentistry. The whole team at Waterside are delightful and the treatment I receive there is first class.

This is not cheap dentistry but it is the best .you truly get what you pay for. Amazing dentistry superb staff gentle kind . They tell you the complete truth .and absolutely have your best care first and foremost 100 percent . Impossible to recomend them more highly . All wonderful people right down to the receptionist .

We've been patients here for ten years or so, and have nothing but praise for their professionalism, their kindness and their all-round excellence. From routine dental care to serious implant surgery, Paul and his team have been the best possible dental professionals. Nobody can really claim that it's fun going to the dentist, but when you have to, go to Waterside!

This dental practice is absolutely fantastic. I needed a complicated and lengthy treatment in multiple appointments over nearly a year - including gum surgery, a titanium implant in my jaw and a new prosthetic front tooth. I'm a nervous dental patient, but Paul and his entire team made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. The whole team and atmosphere at the practice is friendly, very warm and welcoming and, importantly for me, the staff are very comunicative and caring - I always understood exactly what was happening with my treatment and why. Dental work lasting several hours can be (and has been) a terrifying and painful experience but with Paul you feel like you're in the best possible hands - he is kind, patient, reassuring, understanding and an absolute professional. I always felt like my concerns were listened to and addressed, and he made time to answer all of my questions. The dental work itself was superbly done (I needed a tricky tissue graft in my gum among all the other work), the advice on how to manage it was excellent and I felt 100% cared for the many months of my treatment. It's been a transformative experience to find a dentist this good, I'm delighted with the result and exceptionally glad that I came to this practice. I wholeheartedly recommend the practice to anyone.

Paul has taken the trouble to take a personal approach , having got to know me and my health history. His kind patience and the reassuring smiling grace of the dental nurses and receptionists has made my experience of having a front tooth removed and carefully replaced over a year of appointments successful and a rewarding . Thanks and praise as now can smile again.

Wonderful experience as a new patient now on my second visit ! Customer service outstanding. So glad to have finally found a dentist I feel comfortable at. Paul and Laura were professional and so so kind to me as an anxious patient. Very down to earth, calm, friendly and explained options for treatment and then talked me through all the procedures. I never felt rushed which is actually a first for me, even in a private dentist! I would whole heartedly recommend this practice to anyone. Also very easy to make appointments and the receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. Can not say thank you enough ❤️
