This was my first visit and I had a great experience. The dentist, Rory and all staff were welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable throughout the appointment and am very satisfied with the treatment I received. Highly recommend!

I find all the staff very helpful and patient. Amy has been my dentist for a few years now and always takes great care, in her dentistry and her communication. I would heartily recommend her. I am also grateful to Chris, the hygenist, who had taken care of my teeth and gums.

The service I receive at H Williams is always friendly and professional. I have been a patient here for over 50 years, and despite many changes over the years, the level of care has always been exceptional. The staff on the desk are always welcoming and the hygienist, dentist and nurses work well as a team, explaining problems with my teeth and the options available, and treating me with care and consideration. I have been having envisalign treatment here for the last 6 months, and after initially hesitating and feeling I was too old for it, I am so pleased I have done it. I am over half way through and the results are already amazing, I can't believe the difference and I wish I had done it years ago! I have complete trust in the dental team, and some of the Reception staff have also had the treatment and are always happy to share their experiences and reassure me. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided here for my daughter. Dr. Ahmed is always so friendly and kind, he and his team have been able to make the whole experience of having aligners completely stress free. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to any parent and in particular if your child has any anxiety/worry about seeing a dentist or having braces - the calm, kind and patient approach used here is amazing.
