Not happy third time cancelling a prebooked appointment for ongoing crown treatment. To be told my appointments moved back 3 months!! When I currently have a temporary cap. Not good enough and to find out new practice manager has abolished the cancellation list that has been so useful in the past. Terrible start I would say now risk being left in pain for 3 months and told not to ring as emergency as the appointment times aren't long enough to treat me!!
I am terrified of the dentist had have been for as long as I remember. Dr Khan is so lovely and patient, explaining what she is doing at every step. I’ll never be ‘ok’ but she makes it so much more bearable. Thank you
