I highly recommend Treeline Dental Care for anyone looking for professional and compassionate service. I recently had a procedure with Dr. Arishah and Nurse Charlotte, and they were absolutely wonderful. As someone who can feel a bit anxious at the dentist, they immediately put me at ease. Dr. Arisleh took the time to explain every step of the process before starting, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout. Nurse Charlotte was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I was relaxed the entire time. The level of care and the clear communication from both of them made for a stress-free experience. Horrendous service. Referred to them via NHS 111 for an emergency appointment and when contacted by them, I was informed by the very cold receptionist that they would only see me on a private basis because I wasn’t registered - despite being sent to them via NHS 111. I told them that was incorrect as I’d been sent to them through the NHS service, and was simply told to call NHS 111 back before she then hung up on me. Awful.

I was really apprehensive about having a root canal that had to be done over several appointments. Dr Arishah has been amazing throughout. I’m absolutely petrified of needles but decided to put my big girl pants on and face it. She was brilliant with the needle! I also appreciate the way she clearly explained what’s about to happen and was always happy to answer any questions. Her dental nurse, Malaika, at my last appt, was competent, confident and friendly.

I went to this dental clinic in severe pain with significant swelling in my mouth, expecting careful evaluation and empathy. Instead, the dentist was very cold and seemed eager to finish the appointment quickly. No X-ray was taken, and after a quick look, I was told I only needed antibiotics. When I asked questions to better understand my condition, the dentist became visibly annoyed. Given the level of pain I was in, I found the lack of thorough examination and compassion very concerning.
