Wow ! Such amazing customer service! I felt cared for and looked after and my teeth are much happier now ! Also my gums ! They gave me really informed after care advice for my specific needs and it has really helped me! I was really nervous about going to the dentist, but everyone there made me feel at ease and the experience was relaxing and professional! Thank-you so much ! Highly recommend this practice and all the lovely staff that work here ! They work hard and they really care about what they do! 10/10

Most of the staff there are nice, ask you about your day and such. The waiting area is a bit cramped though, leather seats and children's books surround you. The actual dental surgery rooms are nicer and are spacious, light and over all better than most of the dental practice. It's child friendly and they give and stickers as well as smiles to the children. I go there regularly and am quite happy with the service but they are leaving the NHS soon which may put people off.

I have been to other dentists in the past. Since coming here Ruth has made a massive difference to my teeth and gums especially! Ruth is very attentive, conscientious and friendly. The facilities are excellent and all the staff are very approachable and friendly putting you at ease from the start!

Very disappointed at level of professional care. After my annual check up and clean I decided to visit another dentist for a second opinion. Brunswick had missed 2 cavities, 2 fillings where the tooth was decaying underneath and scale build up. Reception staff were rude and the continuous music was horrible.

Been to this dentist a few times now. Staff are great, always friendly and welcoming. Would def recommend.

Avoid this dentist. The reception are incredibly rude, appointment availability is poor as they are not willing to work past 3:30. Never met such a work shy bunch of people.

Been a patient here for over 30 years and cannot fault the treatment. Wouldn't want to change.
