I took the time to read some of the negative reviews, but my own experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I can honestly say that Leena is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Alongside her assistant Kripa, who provided exceptional service today—far better than what I’ve experienced at my previous dental practice—they made a fantastic team. Throughout my treatment, Leena showed outstanding skill, care, and professionalism, continually reassuring me that everything was going smoothly. I felt so confident in her work that I declined the offer to check my teeth with a mirror and waited until I got home—and I was not disappointed. Well done, Leena and Kripa.👏👏👏👏😀

Over the moon with the care at both of my recent appointments with Leena Joy. As someone who is incredibly anxious at the dentist, she was frank but reassuring, and did an amazing job during my hygiene appointment and I feel so much better afterwards. The only downside is that I had to wait 30+ mins for my second appointment (due to earlier emergency delays), and was almost pushed to reschedule (which would have been difficult for me to do that week) so I'm glad that the appointment was still able to go ahead that afternoon. The reception team were also really lovely and helpful.

Arrived 10 mins early for my appointment but then had to leave after waiting 40 mins to pick up a friend who'd been having cancer treatment at hospital so never got to see the dentist. Was then told a patient who'd arrived AFTER me for a later appointment was being seen BEFORE me.....! Anyway, was given a replacement appointment.....in three months time. 😏 I also paid Smile in advance for a hygienist appointment six months ago but the hygienist cancelled the two appointments we had booked. I'm reluctant to book a third given this experience. The dentist is professional & pleasant when you manage to actually get into the chair.

I have found after 3-4 years, Reception staff so very helpful and respectful. The dentist guy who has cared for my teeth over this period wow! Excellent throughout this time, the surgery is not expensive at all compared to most/many. So glad I was able to use there emergency/out of hours surgery 3-4 years ago and would not go anywhere else if they paid me. Great team! to include reception staff.

Excellent care from Dr Lena Joy and her nurse. They were kind, efficient, and very reassuring during a painful dental visit. Thank you for your professionalism and support.

Fantastic emergency service and wonderful reception team I needed an emergency appointment to have a tooth extracted and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. The procedure was handled smoothly and professionally, and I felt completely at ease throughout. Thank you

John is a great dentist and makes me feel so comfortable and deals with my anxieties so well, can’t recommend him and the practice enough
