Witton Street Dental Practice

Absolutely brilliant dental surgery. After nearly ten years avoiding the dentist due to trauma when I was younger, I finally looked to get an appointment. I left a message on using their website asking them to contact me and they did the next day. They said they weren't taking on new patients, however I could be added to the waiting list, which I said yes to. Within a week they called me saying there had been a cancellation and asking if I wanted it. After my check up I needed a little bit of week so booked in a follow up in three weeks, however they rung me up again before this asking if I wanted an earlier day, which I accepted. While there the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. They explained how my insurance would work and answered my questions without judgement. My actual appointments were really positive too. My dentist, Sophie, is really lovely, genuinely taking an interest in my oral health. She made extra effort to be friendly and relaxing after I told her about my slight phobia and I didn't feel judged at all. Best dentist I have been to. The experience has made me really want to look after my teeth!

This dentist is the best in Northwich, from my personal experience I would say even further afield. Reception staff Amazing. My dentist Sophie also Amazing. It’s not a place you love to visit ( I’m not that sadistic) but when you need to go you will not find any better they go that extra mile and beyond

i live on a narrow boat and needed a emergency dentist appointment as i don't live in the area it's difficult, i phoned the practice and the had no appointments unless i was registered with them and need NHS dentist they took my number and phoned me back later that day with a appointment, fantastic service staff are friendly and very helpful, i had my treatment done by Mr burgess and his nurse as dentist go it was the best treatment i have had, totally recommend for quality and service.

I had a horrible experience with my NHS dentist, who then ended up screaming at my 5 year old for wanting to get out the chair. They also constantly cancelled appointments... and I felt like I have been neglected for the last 5 years by the NHS . However... since changing to this dentist, it's like a breath of fresh air. No more worried, no more scary experiences. No more sore teeth for years.. no more waiting 2year /fillings. Couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you to the whole team! I had really bad anxiety of the dentist before I started coming here, now it feels more like a routine health check. Easy peasy.

This is THE best dental practice in Cheshire. Since I have been living here (29 years) I have been with a few practices......Witton street is head and shoulders above the rest, the reception staff are fab and the dentists are really caring, taking the time to explain every procedure and all the choices. Glad I made the choice.

We moved our family of four to Witton St almost 2 years ago and have really noticed the difference in quality and care. We all had decent teeth but John has continually improved them with every visit whilst providing great advice for care between appointments. Cosmetic treatments are good value for money and genuinely effective. Highly recommend.

I never imagined I'd look forwards to going to a dental surgery. The reception staff are the kindest, funniest, most caring people. One offered to walk me to my car when she saw I was anxious about being outdoors as after a year of shielding I was becoming agoraphobic. Paul Diss is gentle, thoughtful and very very professional, and my teeth are very pleased I met him. I was recommended to this surgery by my retiring dentist, and you can't get better than that.
