Ryan was fantastic. I had a top molar extraction and I didn't feel a thing. He was incredibly professional and very pleasant. I felt totally at ease and confident in his abilities.

First visit to Castlebawn Newtownards today following moving back from overseas & it was an excellent experience. Stephanie had been recommended to me & she was fantastic! She was very thorough & made the whole appointment easy. She was ably assisted by Jenny who was also amazing. Both ladies were very friendly & this was also the case with the receptionists. Recommend 100%!

Jackie is a fantastic dentist. She is incredibly caring, thorough, and always takes the time to make sure everything is explained clearly. Her gentle and reassuring approach makes every visit much more comfortable. She is especially great with children – patient, kind, and able to put them at ease straight away. A lovely and welcoming practice. Don’t live close to the practice but happy to travel with the great service they provide. Very easy to arrange emergency appointments when required and very efficient. Main dentist is Jackie and couldn’t praise her more, first class. As for the others I’ve seen also.
