Avoid avoid avoid. Dentist is extremely rude & as someone who’s already uneasy with dentists made me feel extremely uncomfortable from my very first appointment. Broke my tooth in the chair during a root canal & it’s now falling out of my mouth. Honestly a joke from start to finish, no empathy at all within the staff & have been left in tears on multiple occasions after appointments due to the dentists attitude.

I would give no stars if I could. The doctors there are horrendous. One of them took out a perfectly healthy molar because they thought it was infected (no xray to test). Same doctor missed a cavity on my front tooth even though I showed it to her. By the time she actually agreed with me it was too late and now I have a very visible filling. I always felt rushed and not really listened to. I was never called for routine appointments, neither were my children or husband. We have been with the surgery for about 5 years (so no covid as an excuse). The final straw though was after I sought emergency treatment while abroad on holiday. Whenever I came back, the doctor dismissed the diagnosis I got while away (with the xray to prove it) and put a filling with no cleaning of any kind even though he was just about to give me an anaesthetic injection (which I politely declined as I always do for fillings). Why offer an anaesthetic with no drilling/cleaning? After this, he told me to look for another practice as I am causing problems. So, I don’t recommend this practice to anyone. But I would say definitely don’t go if you’re originally from a different country. Unless you want to be treated like trash.

Very disappointed, I have suffered with Tmj my entire life and I got met with rudness and an attitude issue, The dentist also gave me the wrong mouth Gaurd and told me that's the only one they do ( which is one for sports not tmj) and having the wrong mouthgaurd can make tmj worse. I was pretty much told to go back to my old dentist if I wanted the right mouth Gaurd. I will as they are much more professional kind and understanding. I will never go back near them again.

Staff are too busy talking in the front desk that they forget that they’ve took your money and then make false allegations that you have walked out without paying. Apparently they don’t have cameras so it’s their word over yours.They will rob honest hard working people out of money absolute disgrace when there is a cost of living crisis.

Nice friendly and understanding staff. Much cheaper than in the south of ireland. Iv used this service for 5 years with no problems. The dentist always gives good advice without sounding like my old dentist who sounded like a sales man. If you want a good service go hete.

To the lovely RITA my 3 beautiful sisters and myself have had Rita doing our teeth for the past 15 years and now my beautiful daughter has come on board she has never been good when it comes to Dentists but she is fine with Rita she is so gentle she can calm her down ALSO her PRICES are really good you can take a train from Dublin to NEWRY and it’s a 5min walk to the Surgery:::::And the SHOPPING 🛍 is also good.SO GO ON spoil yourself and get your 👄 SMILE back.
