Jake and the team at Gentle Dental are a thoroughly professional and efficient outfit. I have always received excellent and affordable dental care from them. I have recently had an emergency appointment and this was arranged quickly and without fuss. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for high quality dentistry, backed up with the best in modern medical imaging technology.

The team here is truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. They were so understanding of my concerns and helped me feel comfortable, especially when I started to feel a bit overwhelmed. During the treatment, everything was explained clearly from start to finish. They regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and kept me informed about what they were doing and how much time was left, which I really appreciated. Thank you again—I would highly recommend them!

Writing on behalf of my partner: "I was booked in for a routine clean I have every 6 months. Just moved to the area so tried Gentle Dental. I walked in and she said "you don’t need this but I will do it anyway" I’ve had this done maybe 20 times in total at around 6 different dental practices but this was sadly the worst. The dentist was so rough and kept slipping, causing my gums to bleed. My gums around my teeth were so badly swollen that I couldn’t eat for 3 days after. 5 months on and my gums have not felt the same since, they are tender and swell if I eat hard things. Worried about these symptoms, I went to a different dentist who couldn’t find any reason for my symptoms. Once I told him what had happened 5 months ago he was appalled and told me that was likely the reason. She also told me I required a filling… I did not require a filling and have had 2 dentists confirm this. I normally love having a hygienist appointment but this experience has really put me off. I can’t bring myself to return based off this experience sadly."

I Highly recommended this dentist especially Jack and the Dental Nurses. My last 2 visits Jack had Danni as his Dental nurse and they work together very well. They make you feel at ease and very considerate to how you are feeling etc. in total I have had 5 visits and Jack has cured me of my fear of Dentists. Well done Jack thank you very much. Chris Lund.

I highly recommended this dental practice. Jamie (dentist) and dental nurse Debbie were amazing for my appointment. Also, Jake (dentist), dental nurse who was with Jake (sorry I didn’t get their name) and receptionists Jessie and Lauren were very helpful! They made the experience as stress free as possible! Gentle Dental Newquay, I Was looking for a new local dentist and came across this dentist. Very smiley, helpful and professional ladies on the desk. They put you right at ease. I was also having an issue with a tooth as well, so I was booked in to see dentist ‘Jake’. He is a very professional, competent, friendly and thorough dentist, he explained everything and also options of other treatments I am interested in. He has made me very happy with my new choice of Dentist going forward. (I am an ex dental nurse myself , so I can be a bit picky!). Needless to say Happy days I found a good one now. Highly recommend. 😊
