Can highly recommend this practice. Ive been a patient of Dr Jack Dowling at the Newcastle great park practice for the last 2 years. He was recommended by an NHS dentist who is also his patient He special interest is restorative dentistry. It’s reassuring to know that the practice has the latest technology eg to scan and teeth and check bone density of your jaw also twilight sedation available. Its very reassuring knowing you can get a same day appointment too. Appointments are always on time and all staff treat me with courtesy and dignity. There is also plenty of parking spaces and the reception area is pleasant and welcoming.

I was very very nervous and embarrassed of my teeth before my appointment with Dr S Wood. From my first appointment I was made to feel at ease and relaxed. Dr S wood spoke through my options and also gave me time to think about my options, which she also emailed to me in a plan. I decided to get fixed braces. Each appointment was always scheduled often to speed my process up, all the team were professional and caring. I could not recommend this practice enough. Having had other quotes from other local practices for me this was the most affordable and I was able to have all my dentist treatment in one practice from scans, teeth extraction to my braces. I have just had my braces off and couldn’t be happier. Once I have my whitening completed I will upload some photos. Thank you to all the team!!

The practice provides full range of services. I was referred to the practice by my own dentist for complex root canal work. The process was seamless from start to completion, from reception to service delivery by the dentist, who took time to explain the treatment stages, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease The service provided was of the highest profesional standard.

Amazing treatment. Very professional—they do their job perfectly. Visiting the dentist and undergoing treatment is something I usually dread and try not to think about, but they made the whole experience simple, smooth, and manageable. I really appreciated how Dr. Quigley explained everything beforehand. The tools used are state of the art, which made the treatment feel efficient and easy. Staff are kind and welcoming. Five months ago I entered the practise very nervous after not having visited a dentist for over 20 years. Today I had my last appointment with Matt Quigley and next month I have my last appointment with hygienist Hayley Peacock. I can thoroughly recommend Matt and Hayley and their assistants especially for anyone nervous or having a phobia against dentists. From the outset they were patient and kind to me, putting me at ease and have given me confidence to smile again with lovely teeth. I felt ashamed initially at the state of my teeth but they made me feel at ease straight away and were very understanding and sympathetic. I would recommend the whole practise as everyone from receptionists to dentists are so kind and attentive
