I had my extraction carried out by Dr Wasil and I honestly can’t praise him enough. He is exceptionally thorough, incredibly understanding, and reassured me at every stage of the procedure. I had put this extraction off for over a year due to anxiety and my health complications but after seeing how calmly and expertly he treated my father, I finally felt confident enough to go ahead with mine. I specifically requested to be seen by Dr Wasil and was kindly accommodated, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism, care, and attention to detail made all the difference, and I am so grateful to him. I genuinely hope he receives the recognition he deserves for the outstanding work he does. After a previous visit to the dentist left me frightened, causing sleepless nights. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Wasil and Vicky at the practice. After a quick chat and explanation of what was going to happen and scenarios good and bad. Was settled into the chair. A quick joke from dr Wasil saying am in good hands he watched a YouTube video so he knows his stuff made me laugh and settles my nerves, before I know it the tooth was out and I was good to go I could believe how quick and painless it was I worried for nothing. I had to leave a review for him because I’ve never been scared of the dentist but after an infection and was set home in a lot of pain I thought it would be same thing. Safe to say he was a man of his word no pain and very professional with a pinch of humour which we need in a scary situation. Thanks to you both there a credit to the practice both professionals and put me at ease thanks so much for the treatment. If you have the pleasure of Dr Wasil and vicky your in the best hands 100%

I have been suffering over the Easter weekend with a tooth issue and already aware it needed removing, rang up today and reception like always was professionally and caring, got an appointment straight away for 2pm the same day for extraction and even though the tooth was not a straight forward procedure Dr Wasil & Vicky where brilliant and kind caring and explained the all procedure and aftercare, checked throughout the all process on my wellbeing and calmed my nerves, thank you what a great team ☺️

Just had an extraction. The practice arranged for me to be seen within a couple of hours which was excellent. The extraction was performed by Dr Wasil and assisted by Billie. The whole experience was conducted in a friendly, professional and competent manner. Highly recommended as a service. Many thanks to you all.

This NHS Dental Practice is excellent. Liz the dentist who did my treatment is extremely competent, very thorough & both kind & caring. Nothing is too much trouble & she always gives reassurance & explains what she is doing step by step. Other staff at the practice I have come into contact with interact in a professional & caring manner. I cannot praise this dental practice enough.

Been registered and attending appointments for myself and my son here for a while now, completed my plan today and they are so supportive and understanding and I was petrified before this they work towards anybody’s needs and are very professional throughout! My dentist mun is my superhero for what she has given me back and the dental nurses that have been with us throughout have been just as amazing and just as supportive, the hygienists were supportive and friendly and welcoming, the receptionists do a fantastic job very welcoming on every arrival and whilst leaving, super lucky to be at a practice like this and so thankful and grateful, thankyou 💛

Today I went to register for the first time in this city for the NHS, all 3 receptionists were very nice...they filled out the form for me very quickly...they even helped me when needed...when I asked some questions...the atmosphere was welcoming...with a wide smile open to new patients...although it was very busy, many patients were looking forward to the first meeting, happy and optimistic! Very good first impression! Thank you!
