High Street Dental Care

I recently had the first stage of treatment for a crown, which was a 1 hour 30 minute appointment. As an extremely nervous dental patient, I was quite anxious beforehand, but Dr Shahad Bajilan was absolutely amazing. She explained every step of the procedure in great detail, took her time throughout the appointment, and constantly checked that I was comfortable and coping well. Her patience, professionalism, and caring approach made such a difference and helped put me at ease. The dental nurse, Carey, was equally wonderful. She was kind, reassuring, and made sure I was okay throughout the entire treatment. I honestly cannot recommend Dr Bajilan and Carey highly enough. From the perspective of a genuinely nervous patient, the care and support I received were exceptional. They made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier, and I am incredibly grateful.

Reception Team are always very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I had follow on appointments for a routine check up then hygienist. My first appointment did run 25 minutes late but I understand unpredictable things do occur during proceeding appointments, and was comfortable waiting. The hygienist was then immediately ready for me. The quality of my check up & hygienist was excellent, as always.

Nakul was his usual courteous and friendly self. The dental check went smoothly and Nakul was extremely competent as ever. My hygiene check was equally good. Megan ( I think I 've got that right) was delightful and once again completely on top of her work technically. Both Nakul and Megan are a credit to the organization so well done to both of you 🥳😁

For 4 years I have wanted to have my front tooth crown removed and with the trust I have gained in my dentist pippa I decided to proceed with treatment. I spoke to her regarding an affordable treatment plan before commencing with treatment. From the initial consultation pippa has been amazing. She has taken time to talk me through all the stages of treatment and has continously reassured me throughout the process. Nothing has been too much trouble and she has made the whole experience pain free. I'm thrilled with the results and feel confident to proceed with more dental work in the future. She is a true gem for the practice and I cannot recommend her enough.

The high street team are wonderful. They balance professionalism with high quality care at every visit from reception to clinical staff. Brett is the dentist for my family and he’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough, each nurse that has assisted has been friendly and welcoming. Amy is our hygienist, and I can honestly say I would never see anyone one else. She goes the extra mile at every appointment. She is kind, friendly and very supportive to people who benefit from a little extra reassurance. She constantly considers your needs and your comfort levels to ensure the experience is positive. She adapts her style to ensure your needs are met. I’ve never left her dental chair feeling less than inspired (and of course with a couple of tips of how to maintain my new shiny teeth). She represents High Street Dental Care with warmth, professionalism and vast amounts of experience. She’s exceptional. Great experience all round. Thank you

Went for clean with the hygienist and a check up with the dentist. The new centre in the Bell Centre is very welcoming, new, fresh and stylish. The reception staff at both centres excellent, very professional and friendly. The hygienist and dentist were both very good, especially aware and considerate of my sensitive teeth! An excellent experience

This would be 5 stars but for the difficulties I had in getting through the electronic screening form prior to the appointment. It is not particularly user friendly to access! As ever, the service at the dental practice was excellent - professional and friendly staff, appointment on time, clean environment etc and absolutely no complaint about my experience today! Many thanks for an excellent service!
