Courthouse Dental Practice

I met with Korneila today for a hygienist appointment, and she was absolutely fantastic. I already have fairly good teeth, but she was incredibly thorough and gave them an excellent clean and polish. There was no rushed approach to the appointment at all, she took her time and made sure I was completely happy before I left. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Thank you very much, Korneila. I'll see you again in six months!

I have given a five-star rating. In the 11 years I have been going, the staff have always been extremely helpful, courteous, with a good attitude. There's a happy atmosphere between the staff which is so refreshing to see this nowadays. Lara, Sophie, and Lily I'm more than happy with. And Aleeyah, what a lovely young lady, also very helpful, and polite who has a good attitude toward patients. It's a pity that she will be moving. Five stars is only to assess performance or standards. You cant measure human compassion you either have or you don't, bless them they got it. Graham

We couldn’t be happier with the care we receive from Lara and her wonderful team. Lara is an absolutely fantastic dentist — professional, gentle, friendly and always so reassuring. She has always looked after me and my daughters so well and we always feel completely at ease in her care. Dental nurse Nadia is incredibly calm and comforting, especially for the children. She has a lovely, reassuring manner that helps everyone feel relaxed. Millie and Regan on reception are always friendly, welcoming, and so accommodating with appointments. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they make the whole experience smooth from start to finish. Such a caring and professional team — we’re so grateful to have found this practice. Highly recommend!

I would not go anywhere else. Laura is brilliant and always puts me at ease. The receptionist are also very polite. They went above and beyond on Monday, I had a nasty fall on the way for my checkup. My arm was a bit of a mess and I was shaken up. The dark haired receptionist administered first aid and the blonde one helped. They were so kind and checked on me several times. Laura was also caring. I really appreciated their help and kindness as I was shaken up.

I have been attending Pure Smile Marlow with my children for many years and I have been amazed by their reliable service. I would like to thank Millie for going above and beyond in helping me with my enquiries. She is friendly and always gives good advice. The dentist Rav is also brilliant in taking care of our teeth ! She is friendly, professional and always puts my daughter at ease. The dental nurse Regan is also brilliant!

I had a really good experience today. Lara was excellent, friendly, professional, and very reassuring. She explained everything clearly and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and stress-free. Nadia was supportive throughout, and Gabriel and Millie on reception were both welcoming and helpful. A great team all round. I would definitely recommend this practice.
