I recently had a crown treatment done by Dr Bilal, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely comfortable and at ease. Dr Bilal was incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure in detail, which really helped ease any nerves I had. The treatment itself was smooth and virtually painless. His precision and attention to detail were amazing, and you can tell he genuinely cares about delivering the best results for his patients. The final crown looks so natural and fits perfectly, I’ve had so many compliments already! I truly appreciate the care and expertise shown throughout, and I would highly recommend Dr Bilal to anyone considering crown treatment or any dental work. Amazing!!! I had a few dentists in my time and this is by far the most welcoming and helpful I’ve seen. Had an airflow treatment done and that went smoothly. Dr Hassan is great he will be direct in terms of what needs work on. Also can’t forget Missy Misbah. she’s full of charisma and joy and every time i come in i see a smile on her face, just makes the day a lot better having to feel you are safe in their hands

Not been to the dentist in a few years. Finally got an appointment with Dr Ali. What a fantastic dentist. Takes pride in his work. Made me feel good even though I have anxiety. Gave me my smile back and my confidence. Recommend him 1000%. The nurse that was helping was so sweet, polite also amazing. Even the ones on reception were fantastic. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Would have given more then 5 stars.

The Nova Dental practice has a successfully built on a long history of sincere care and professionalism. The experience I have enjoyed in this practice has always been consistently high in quality and fitting of my longer-term dental needs. In my experience, this practice puts care above profit during every visit and the team is sensitive to the needs and preferences of its patients. All staff, without question, are friendly and helpful - the Dental Nurses and Reception staff at the front of house are welcoming and approachable which adds considerable value to the visit and helps to calm dental visit nerves!

Professional and patient care is absolutely phenomenal and prioritised from the minute you walk in at the reception area and to the treatment room. Really brilliant practice. Always possible to get an appointment and timely once you arrive. From when you arrive to when you see your dentist it’s a very swift and efficient process. Dr Bilal was particularly considerate and professional during consultations. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist but he is very patient, and explains things in depth giving for a smooth experience. I was able to get repeat appointments in the instance of issues and felt very comfortable. I've recently had a filling put in and I was very impressed by how good it looks. The chip in my tooth knocked my confidence but the quality of the work done by dr Bilal was very high. It's been 3 months and it still looks great. Proof is in the pudding!

The staff are all excellent and highly responsive. The hygiene standards throughout the dentistry practice are top-tier, and the clinic itself is beautiful
