Heybridge Dental Practice

After nearly 20 years of avoidance, I finally plucked up the courage to visit a dentist,… and I’m soooo glad I chose this practice. As a professional, Zainab was clear and honest with her appraisal and suggestions for treatment at the initial consultation, and on treatment day both her and nurse Lucy couldn’t not have made the visit more relaxed and easy. They put me at ease straight away and worked so well together, I may as well have been having a facial. The practice staff over all are friendly and welcoming, and the clinic is very well looked after. So thank you all, but especially Zainab and Lucy for making this old skeptic actually look forward to his 6month check up

Having been a patient of Heybridge Dental Practice for many years, I finally went down the path of whitening and composite bonding to improve my smile. My lovely dentist Laura did such a great job - she really listened to what I wanted to achieve and I'm so pleased with the results. Not only that but she was consistently so personable and friendly throughout the process and I couldn't recommend her enough! I have also been seeing Nina as my hygienist (and recently saw Arabella too) who are also both amazing and so lovely. All in all a great dental practice!

I have just had the best experience at this practice. Following Invisalign treatment, I noticed that my teeth had started to move again. Upon calling the practice, I was handed over to Dr Chirag, as my dentist was no longer available. I was listened to, and had another few months of alligners, at no additional cost to me, to bring my teeth back to where I originally wanted them. I was not 100% happy after the first treatment if I’m honest. Every appointment was a good experience and Dr Chirag took the time to make his own adjustments to those recommended by Invisalign in order to achieve the look that I originally wanted. I have just finished my treatment and I am so happy with my new smile. He went above and beyond, outside of the agreed timeframe that I was originally quoted. He even contoured my front teeth to ensure a completely smooth look. Totally impressed, definitely recommend Dr Chirag for Invisalign treatment !!!

The worst dental practice I have ever experienced! So my daughter was struck off as missed an appointment last year. Which is fine rules are rules. However she has been in excruciating pain for the last 2 days! I called and got her an emergency appointment and paid £80 We get to appointment for her to be told that she has an exposed nerve and is inflamed. The dentist told her that the treatment she could have would be between £650.00-£950.00. I asked him does she need antibiotics and he said no I don’t feel it warrants them. So my point is she came out of there in the same pain she went in with. He did nothing to help her! So when I called to ask for the dentist name as am going to report to DCS as was told he did all he could! Said we were told that an extraction was £250.00?! That was never said and is a lie because if he had said that I would have paid it! Anyone who has ever had a toothache will understand how upsetting this was. We got an emergency appointment with 111 and were told the tooth could not be saved unlike wat we were told by Heybridge and that she needed antibiotics! He gave her a temporary filling and booked her in for next day appointment and the pain went instantly. My partner has been with Heybridge for many years and is also disgusted about the treatment she received! I don’t want to give any stars but won’t let me post otherwise

Coming to this dental practice has been the best thing I've done. I've had some bad experiences with dentists in the past but Heybridge Dental practice has turned my anxiety of going to the dentist around. Not only are the staff polite and helpful they are also all so friendly and welcoming. My dentist, Harry, is absolutely amazing and I would never want to see anyone else. The care he takes looking after my teeth I've never had anywhere else. He also makes sure I'm aware of everything that's going on and explains it all so I fully understand! He's so thorough and I just know my teeth are getting the best professional care and I can't thank him enough. I would definitely recommend Heybridge Dental Practice to anyone looking for a professional friendly dentist.

I recently had a hygienist appointment with Arabella and Lucy. They were both super friendly, did a great job cleaning my teeth and took plenty of time to help me understand how to improve my oral hygiene moving forwards. Immediately afterwards I had a dentist appointment to have a couple of fillings with Laura and Charlotte. Same story here - they were both very friendly, did a great job with my treatment (filling looks and feels just like a normal tooth) and gave me some helpful advice to avoid too many more fillings! Would definitely recommend.
