Loughton Dental spa is one of the best practices I have been to. The staff are amazing. Rita is so good at her job and really cares about her patients wellbeing. Her staff are so professional and I would highly recommend this practice. If you’re nervous of the dentist then this a great place to attend. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental treatment. Ritu at the Loughton dental spa has gone above and beyond throughout all of my dental work and treatments. I feel relaxed and calm every visit, which is such a big achievement as I previously couldn’t go to the dentist at all due to anxiety, I put this change in comfort all down to Ritu. Besides this, she has gone above and beyond what most other dentists would do in helping me achieve a better smile whilst also prioritising my dental health. I have nothing bad to say about Loughton dental spa and will continue to recommend it.

I have been coming here for many years and can say I have always received first class care and treatment both from Ritu and Rob. They go out of their way to explain everything in a kind and professional manner. The surgeries are spotless and comfortable and everyone extremely polite and helpful. I have recommended the practice to other members of my family and they agree.

Attended the Loughton Dental spa today for an emergency tooth extraction. I am an extremely nervous patient who hasn't attended the dentist in 21 years. My nurse was amazing made me feel at ease and helped me through those injections she was comforting and amazing at her job (wish I got her name I was just in shock I had had dental work done) also the dentist was amazing, explained everything and made me feel comfortable. He made the extraction of a wisdom tooth and molar so easy and speedy. Then the lovely lady on reception was so helpful and polite. Overall the staff were amazing and I couldn't reccomend this surgery more. A big 5☆

I have been going to this dentist for some time and was always more than happy. However, today, I went to find that my usual dentist no longer worked there and my appointment was with a new dentist. All I can say is that I will not be going back again. There was no concern for my comfort whatsoever. To say that she and her assistant weren't very gentle would be a gross understatement. I understand that when you have your teeth cleaned it is not pleasant or comfortable and your gums will bleed. However, I do not expect to sit there in pain. Totally unimpressed by the nature and way in which the work was carried out. Not good enough.

I have just had such a positive experience at this professional and friendly practice. Ritu Dhariwal has transformed my smile, using teeth whitening and composite fillers. All the staff worked very hard to put me at my ease as l am a nervous patient. There was no pain or discomfort and l am so happy with my new natural looking but much improved smile. Thank you all so very much.
