Efficient, effective & enthusiastic...have been 5 times & zero complaints
Wonderful staff, they're always really kind and gentle with both myself and my children. Been going here for years and I couldn't be happier.
Not quite sure how this place is rated 5 stars when their patient care is horrendous. Being pregnant, dental is very important. I rang this place due to the reviews and my experience was awful. When informing the receptionist I was pregnant she lightly sighed and after a few moments said I would get free dental. I ignored this and went to my appointment 3 weeks later to then be embarrassed in the waiting room that my appointment was 30 minutes earlier which it wasn't. I am very organised and write everything down and for them to insinuate I forgot, disturbed me. It was clear from then that this dentist only cares about the money and not the wellbeing of others. What a shame. Huge disappointment. I feel very sad I have been treated this way.
Reading the below review has me baffled...🙈 I have only experienced the highest level of customer service from both receptionists and dentists at the Smile Shop Lisburn. They have stayed open throughout Covid, working hard to keep themselves and their patients safe, while other dentists have shut up shop. As a pregnant woman myself I have felt the service provided to me has been exceptional and hope to register my newborn with the Smile Shop. I have never been made to feel unwelcome, perhaps the receptionist was sighing due to a personal circumstance!? It is easy to jump to conclusions and have no understanding of what is going on behind the mask so to speak... Don't let anyone put you off attending the Smile Shop. If I could give 6 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Have only ever had the loveliest experiences here. Got me sorted for a new retainer after mine was lost when we moved house and really gentle with my checkups and cleaning 🤍
Absolutely horrendous customer care. The people here clearly only care about your money now, not your health. Moving to a professional dentist, would highly recommend anyone else still going here to do the same or steer clear for your own wellbeing.
