I've had a few teeth done. Not a single one is done right. The fillings are falling out, and the tooth being done hurts for days after the appointment. Eight years ago, you could count on a job well done, but now every visit is a failure. I must admit, the dentists are really nice and polite, as are the ladies at the reception

They don't repair things here. They do everything they can to lose theirs and the new one from the supporting company.

Arrived 10 minutes late for an appointment that they had rescheduled on me to be told I couldn't be seen and would have to wait 6 months for another appointment

Hi I’m doing this on behalf of my girlfriend who went today for her wisdom tooth pain and she is on the top floor and the stupid dentist has refused her an x-ray on her mouth and and given her medication she can’t take as she will throw up when she takes it also not happy with the way she has been treated at all she was told she has to have her wisdom tooth infected 3X before they can do an X-ray on her by the way on the NHS website says that you can’t refuse an X-ray if you patient has asked for an X-ray. And also she has been trying to tell her dentist that she is in a lot of pain and her dentist just said. Oh right ok. Pushed it to one side and then my girlfriend asked if she can have an X-ray for it and then the dentist who took her said no it has to be infected 3X before we will do that. (DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING TO GO TO AS THIS PLACE IS BULLSHITTING YOU AND YOU DO NOT MATTER TO THEM IT IS ALL ABOUT YOUR MONEY THEY WANT )

I have been a patient of Calla Dental for many years. All the staff are friendly but professional. Although a patient for many years, I have never had a reason to think of going to another dental practice. Thank you to all the staff at Calla.
