They're very professional, good communicators, it's a comfortable, clean, modern feeling environment that inspires confidence. They seem to have all the latest tech, combined with a careful caring & friendly approach, right from Reception, the assistants (Eva & others) to the hygienist (Amy), to the dentists (Nisha+). I am a new patient and can honestly say I had a very good experience at this practice. From the time I arrived and was met by a very friendly lady (Sharon) at the reception desk, to the completing of forms and info, she was kind and patient and explained all in detail. The dentist Dr. Nisha Mandalia was professional, friendly and took the time to explain. This was a really good experience and both she and her dental assistant made me feel relaxed and at ease. Highly recommended!

6 monthly Hygienist appointment. Cost for this has increased from £50 ( 2 visits ago ) £75 ( last visit ) £95 this visit. I appreciate that the treatment has changed/takes longer, but where will it all end. I voiced my concerns when the increase to £75 occurred. I received no warning that there was a further increase to £95 until after the appointment/treatment was completed. Frequency of appointment today was changed from the standard 6 months to 3-4 months, so effectively another increase. At a time of ongoing concerns about cost of living rises, these stealth rises are getting to an unacceptable level.

I am a very nervous patient having had bad experiences over the years whihc has put me off going to the dentist. This practice has restored my faith in dentists. They are famtastic - put me at ease, took their time and were so gentle with me. Rhiana, Aggie, Amy and Ava are fabulous. Thank you

Going to the dentist has never been something to look forward to however since registering at Parmer it has been a more relaxed experience and not something that I feel I get apprehensive about. The check ups are straight forward and the extra work I have needed to have done has been pain free and I felt relaxed throughout. A+++

I had a great experience at Parmar Dental. I’ve always been very nervous and hated the dentist, but that has completely changed. Jordan was amazing during my check-ups and crown fitting, and Tim was brilliant with my root canal — both were calm, reassuring, and explained everything clearly. The reception girls were always helpful and friendly, I felt comfortable throughout my whole experience and would highly recommend, especially for nervous patients. thank you so much 💕

I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years, in that time these guys have really helped me out including breaking a tooth just hours be for a massive birthday celebration. 1 phone call and they managed to fit me in , great team , Keep up the great work. kr Dave
