I can't recommend Dr Ladd enough, and his lovely assistant. I find visiting the denist quite daunting and over the last six months I have had numerous visits with Dr Ladd. As soon as I enter the room, he puts me at ease with his calm demeanor and has helped me immensely. Thank you

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:50 PM. I arrived at the clinic 30 mins earlier with my husband. However, my husband’s appointment was delayed, and he was not taken in at his scheduled time. As a result, I remained in the car with my children waiting for him to finish, so that I could then attend my own appointment. When it was time for my appointment, I was informed by a member of staff that the clinic had closed and that my appointment was cancelled and I had to book another appointment. This was even though the delay was caused by the dentist running late, not by us. Additionally, my details were already completed by my husband, and the check-up fee had been paid on my behalf. Despite this, I was refused entry and was not seen by the dentist. I find this situation very disappointing and unfair, especially as I attended on time and the missed appointment was due entirely to the clinic’s delay. If you are a mum with young children, I would strongly advise avoiding this place, as you are likely to be treated with disrespect.

Just had a check up here, after having a bad experience somewhere else . And honestly they were amazing. They checked everything, listened to all my worries about my teeth, the dental nurse gave me great advice and was so thourough during my consultation! So happy I’ve finally found somewhere really good with lovely staff! Always been very nervous to go to the dentist, but the lady made me feel really at ease, I will always be going here from now on! Thank you

My elderly father recently visited the practice for a dental emergency and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Dr Gandhi was incredibly professional, kind and genuinely caring towards him, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The receptionist, Shabina, was also brilliant! Very patient, helpful and reassuring from the moment we arrived. All the staff were lovely and the practice itself is spotless. Highly recommend.

This practice doesn't like nhs patients if you are getting something for " free" they don't care and keep moving the goal posts. I need a partial metal& acrylic denture due to being an adult with a very small child size pallet. This has never been a problem in the past at my old practice but here nothing but problems as Dr Lad told me he had never had to make one before and no experience of what one looks like. Had 2 impressions taken and went to have the wax mock up fitted which was totally wrong in the shape and thickness to tolerate it in.my mouth so I put a halt to the process. Dr Lad said he would refer me to a specialist who " makes these type of dentures" since then it has gone from bad to worse. Firstly being told I had my referral refused and I ' must contact my GP for hypnotherapy for my gag reflex" !!!! What! Who concocted this pack of lies I don't know. It's impossible to contact the practice manager directly you have to pass a message via receptionist its a hopeless situation. Don't even consider going there unless you pay for your treatment as you are made to feel inferior if not paying.

Dr Amisha Gandhi was very professional and thorough. Always a pleasure to see and has looked after my teeth well over the years. Would recommend.
