From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. The practice manager was incredibly friendly, communicated everything clearly, and made the entire process of joining and booking appointments so easy and stress-free. The dentist was reassuring, thorough, and very friendly. She took the time to explain everything properly and made us feel completely at ease. A special mention to Verity, the dental nurse, who was absolutely fantastic with the children - so patient, kind, and great at making them feel comfortable. Overall, it was a really lovely experience. We’re very happy to have found such a welcoming and professional practice. Highly recommend!

I'd like to express how wonderful the team are in general. Hayley the hygienist is warm, caring & so informative. She gave a genuine, sincere vibe towards me when I went for treatment. I felt my care was extremely comfortable and id recommended her to anyone. Lesley my dentist & her dental nurse are first class. They put me at ease regarding my procedure and really informative which helped as I was anxious about needles! The service is first class & i can't recommended you all enough. Thank you.

I am very nervous when attending a dentist, but started going to my dentist 2years ago and Lesley my dentist is very reassuring and doesn't hurt at all as she knew how nervous I was. Her nurse that assists her is lovely aswell. Carly, the manager is delightful and very professional, a good team all round, thanks for looking after me.

It's taken me 20 years to find a dentist offering NHS appointments, which hasn't been an issue as I haven't had any real problems iwth my teeht. I added myself to the waiting list not too long ago and was suprised to get booked in for a check-up so early. I don't drive but getting there was nice and simple as the practice is a few minutes away from the bus and rail station. I was a little nervous having not been for so long - the recepotionist was super helpful and the experience witht he dentist was top notch. He explained everything he was doing in a way I understood and spent time after the appointment to offer helpful advice. I really cannot fault the experience!

I have been seeing Georgiana for a couple of years, I am extremely anxious going to the dentist after having lots of horrible experiences over the years. After having toothache for a few days, increasingly getting worse & worse, I went to see Georgiana today & it was decided between us both I would have the tooth removed, she was so kind, patient & overall wonderful with me, my sister came to hold my hand too! I couldn’t have done it without Georgiana’s care & understanding, I actually feel quite proud of myself! Thank you so much!

I’ve been seeing Hayley, the hygienist for the last couple of years and she is honestly one of the best hygienist I have been to. I never used to like going, but Hayley and her nurse Clare always puts me at ease and do a great job. Thank you

I have been going to MyDentist for a number of years but while the team have changed over the y3ars. The current set up is phenomenal. Every visit is greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, treatments are thorough and very professional. My latest visit was nerve wracking for me as part of a molar broke off. I wax getting very stressed but I rang and a lovely lady put me at ease and got me in to see a dentist. There was no having to come back it was fixed there and then. An old filling had come out taking a chunk of tooth with it. I hasten to add the filling in question was not done by MyDentist. A huge thank you to everyone in the clinic that saw me today. I won't name names as I am bound to miss one in good old Oscars acceptance speech fashion.
