Amazing. I messaged the WhatsApp number at almost 10pm not expecting a reply until the morning at the earliest but I got a message with an appointment time 2 minutes later. The reception staff were very friendly and the dentist himself was very quick but thorough. Never had great experiences with dentists in the past so this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you

I hadn't had a dentist for almost 10 years due to a bad experience. I had no chioce but to bite the bullet and contact Dental Perfection for emergency help. I kid you not, I was shaking with fear attending my appointment and I honestly can not thank the dental nurse from Croatia for putting me at ease. She was kind, empathetic, gave me all the information I needed to put me at ease. Actually I would like to thank you all but especially jonny for restoring my smile. Thank you so much. I ❤️ going to the dentist now.

I was a really nervous patient when I first went to Dental Perfection, I hadn't seen a dentist for years and had put it off as long as I could. However I have now had several treatments including a dental implant and found them all to be pain free. Everyone there has been absolutely brilliant, so caring and reassuring so I won't be making any more excuses and will attend regularly. Thanks everyone.

Can't thank Johnny enough for the work he has done on my teeth, i had upper denture plate done back in 2024 and he's currently working on my lower denture plate. He's friendly and very proffesional, my confidence has gone through the roof and it's all thanks to him! I highly recommend him he's quick with tooth extractions, brilliant with gum and denral treatment/care, implants ect... A lot of people give him stick which i have witnessed but if they put themselves in his shoes they wouldn't be so quick to do so, honestly a huge thank you Johnny for all you have done for me you are a 5 star and beyond dentist and you go above and beyond for your patients. Also i'd like to thank Courtney who books the appointments she's awesome to talk to and deals with any queries and concerns promtly, Courtney and Johnny are an amazing team and they have both done a lot for me! Thank you both for being so awesome with me!!!

Had difficulty finding a dentist that accepted NHS. appreciated tgat they got the dentures sorted out but they dont fit ? When advising dentist they dont fit then im told can't do nothing as we not taking any nhs appointments. So as far as im concerned you dont want to take acknowledgement of the poor work that had been completed now can't rectify that because not taking any appointments so got a denture set that I cannot use so will be taking this further as it was a bad job completed so its your responsibility to sort the issue out. Will be taking this to next stage !! I have also watched the behaviour of this dentist and receptionists couldn't do a better job hats of to them but main man dentist is rude. If your paying cash you'll be welcomed as hello by your surname if on nhs dont really get spoken to or your first name is called like your a mate or something but rudely. I've heard a few testimonials from a few people that have moved practise as they feel they had been spoken to like an idiot. Now have to find a dentist that actually takes time for there patients 🙄

had a very upsetting experience at Dental Perfection. The dentist came across as extremely rude and showed no empathy during my appointment. Having a tooth removed is already a stressful situation, but the way the procedure was handled made it even worse. It honestly felt like I was being fought rather than treated with care. There was no reassurance, no comfort, and no effort to make me feel at ease during the extraction. I was clearly in pain, yet there was very little concern shown for how I was feeling. A dental visit should involve professionalism, patience, and compassion—especially when a patient is going through something as uncomfortable as a tooth extraction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I was quite nervous about getting a tooth pulled, but this clinic was fantastic. The dentist was gentle, professional, and ensured I didn't feel a thing. It was a painless experience from start to finish. Thank you for the excellent care!
