Let's Smile Dental Care

To be fair… the first time I had my appointment with them was good. The Dentist was able to sort my inflamed gums through a Periodontal Treatment. But the last one… is a whole different story. The same Dentist gave me more than 4 anaesthetic stabs on the side that was already done after checking my teeth out briefly. It felt like he was preparing a major surgery or extraction. I had to stop and remind him that it’s the other side that needs the usual treatment. He then proceeded with the cleaning on the correct side which did not even need any anaesthesia. Without much ado or explanation whatsoever he sent me on my not so merry way with a very unnecessary sickening numbness on the side of my face and a very sore lip (pardon the unpleasant graphic shown in the photo). The reception was also not very friendly and told me I should have my next appointment in 4 months time. How to go back there for my next appointment is a very big question.

My dentist today was so lovely and thoroughly explained all scenarios regarding potential treatment I may need, I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the appointment and he kept checking in to ask how I was doing and explain what was happening. He went above and beyond to investigate whether a root canal was needed, thankfully on this occasion it wasn't!

Took our 1 and a half year old for her review, we ask for the dentist to check her top front teeth as they had a chip and were difficult to brush, we emphasised that she enjoys brushing her teeth but refuse the top 4 so we were concerned. Were told alls okay and will book her in for florine coating. Month later, the top four crumpled so we made an emergency appointment and the dentists looked worried and said they would get us an emergency appointment at raigmore as teeth need to be pulled. No appointment was made and we were just referred to another dentist to deal with her when we were told it had to be done at hospital. We feel that our concerns about her teeth were neglected and were thrown at another dentist to avoid accountability after telling us all was okay

My Experience with Smile Dental Practice has been Amazing.The Staff make you feel so Comfortable and Relaxed, they are so caring. There Receptionist is a Wonderful Kind and Caring Lady also very Patient 😀 as a whole my Confidence is through the roof 😊 All down to the Wonderful Staff at Smile Dental Practice. 😀

Absolutely phenomenal. I had such a fear of going, I had not visited a dentist in years, my mouth was in need of tlc. I got an appointment with the wonderful Mrs Saima Zahid. She sorted me with all the appointments I needed, as well as calming my nerves and anxiety. I had my teeth cleaned which usually is very uncomfortable for me but it was completely painless and I barely felt anything. I have now completed my appointments and dental treatment, and I cannot thank letssmile enough for their hard work and determination. I love my beautiful, sparkiling smile now, it has genuine changed my life.

From the moment you walk in the door you can tell you're getting 100% professional treatment. I'm so scared and nervous about my teeth. Everyone is so friendly and put you at ease immediately. I'm booked in for a procedure soon and although nervous I'm sure my fears will be gone. Such lovely and understanding people. ✌️✌️

I went their first time for check up. Infact it was first time I saw the dentist 🦷 in UK. They are professionals, kind and honest. I would highly recommend them!
