Customer Reviews
Union Street Dental Centre has a rating of 5 out of 5 based on over 307 reviews on Google
As a new patient with an extreme fear I couldn’t have asked for more. The practice is warm and welcoming all the staff were lovely. Greg & Clare, even though I was emotional, were fantastic and quickly put me at ease Greg was very clear in explaining what was happening and what the next steps would be. They were a fantastic pair and I couldn’t have asked for more that day. I left that morning actually so glad I had made that first step back into a dental practice and wished I had found them sooner.Definitely worthy of a 5 star review.
My first appointment today with Diana who was very patient, knowledgeable and caring and quickly reassured me about future treatments. The dental nurse, Rachael was also very helpful, cheery and professional. I left feeling more optimistic and reassured! Thank you.
This was my first visit to the practice. Diana was very professional & made me feel at ease straight away. She explained what was happening during the examination & answered all my questions. She discussed my treatment plan & how we would implement it. All the other members of the team I met were friendly & welcomed me to the practice. Definitely a well organised team
I found this dental practice quite easily and was met by a pleasant receptionist who gave me some details to complete on a tablet. I have still to discover how to sign my name legibly using a fingernail. Maybe the younger generation carry a techno-stylus. My investigation was performed with no fuss and adequate explanation. Being a retired surgeon allowed me to understand the 'big words' and intelligently examine my own CT scan. I would recommend this practice for those with the means to pay, or who are unable to find a suitable NHS practice.
I booked a visit with Union Street Dental after a friend's recommendation. I am a nervous patient and had an awful time at another dentist. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. Archie was fantastic, he really listened and reassured me throughout the appointment. I have come away feeling very relieved to have found somewhere that genuinely want to make your visits to the dentist a positive and comfortable experience.
This was my first consultation at Union dental centre, which was highly recommended to me prior to attending the appointment, very pleased with the service Ive recieved and will be continuing with all my future treatments!! All staff are very welcoming and professional. Highly recommend 👌
This was my first visit as a new patient. I had done some research and I chose Union Street Dental Centre based on their positive reviews for friendliness, their prices, their availability of appointments, plus, it's always good to see customer reviews about the ability to reassure nervous patients. Parking is a few blocks away at Morrison's or at Eastgate Shopping Centre, it's close to Inverness train station and to bus routes, and is easy to find. It is based within an old (1930s?) building which has some lovely original features, there is a chair stair-lift, and the toilet facilities are good. The reception area is in the middle of the building, and so it has little daylight, and could do with a facelift to brighten it up. Most importantly, the double-aspect consulting room was light, bright, clean, and well-equipped. I felt welcomed by the friendly and good-humoured reception staff who all seem absolutely lovely. My dentist, Diana, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and explained everything, including inviting me to have a closer look at my x-rays on the pc to show me the dark area in my filling. She took time to fully answer my questions, I didn't feel rushed or pressured, and there was no hard-sell at all. From my research beforehand, I had already decided to join the payment plan, as it seems to be better value and includes more benefits than dental plans elsewhere. I was pleased to learn that, unlike some, it starts immediately following the first appointment, meaning a 10% reduction next month for my replacement filling. I am happy that my research paid off, I feel that I have made the right choice, and I would recommend this dental practice.
