Dentistry @ Holme - Slaithwaite

Did an unbelievable job on my front middle tooth composite. It's so smooth and sits really well so I can hardly tell it's not a real tooth! It's so calm and nice in there too, and the dentist was so gentle, overall a lovely experience

If I could give 6 stars 🌟 I would. Lovely receptionist Annabel and practice manager/owner Sam at the reception area when I arrived. Beautiful reception area, tranquil and very relaxing. Principal dentist Dr Jenkinson and Huma were efficient and friendly and put me at ease. I had my hygiene appointment next with Dr Liz and Nikki… absolutely all of the team were calm, welcoming and professional. A cut above the rest … every member of staff name checked as they all made a positive impression on me today.

Amazing and ultra modern equipment which gave me a photographic view of my teeth that I've never seen before and enabled me to see exactly what was going on which would then lead to accurate decision making on what steps to take on really good dental work. The monthly subscription for check up and dental hygienist is really quite reasonable compared to others and you can opt for three monthly check ups for a slightly higher cost per month but still competitively reasonable. Once you've had your check up and work needs to be done you would have to consider the cost and whether to sell your house or your soul to pay for it, baring in mind that if you went to an NHS dentist you would probably not know the true state of your teeth jaw bone and gums or have any options what so ever. To say that the staff are really lovely and the decor is really well thought through and beautiful fades into insignificance if you don't have thousands to spend.

Initially moved to Dentistry at Holme because of the new Slaithwaite location - it looked fresh, modern and was super local. After my initial visit I was pleased to experience what you’d hope a dentist to be in 2026 a welcoming environment, a professional and friendly team and all the modern tech that makes the experience feel thorough and value for money. I was referred to Kirsty the hygienist at the Holmfirth location and after previous bad experiences with deep cleans at my old dentists and generally a lot of discomfort and pain I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle and precise she is with anaesthetic, she displays a deep knowledge of her profession, reassures you and is patient throughout the process and I can honestly say my fear of the dentist has been reduced drastically due to Kirsty and the way she works. Will continue to use Dentistry at Holme for all my future dental work. Big thank you to all the team, Ben Coletta

Approachable and personable dentist, taking time to thoroughly explain everything and made us feel at ease. We feel in safe hands. Very professional service and state of the art technology. Highly recommended.

Dr Devon was so friendly and professional, I felt very confident and at ease with him. He took his time to explain the treatment I needed and answered all my questions. All in a beautiful calm environment.
