The Implant Centre - Brighton & Hove Branch

I cannot recommend The Implant Centre highly enough. From the initial consultation through to treatment the whole experience was calm, professional and extremely well organised. My surgeon, Bill Schaffer, was outstanding. My procedure involved removing a broken implant (not one of theirs I might add) from a lower rear molar and preparing the site for a replacement. It required some delicate work to remove fractured components in a very confined area with limited access and close proximity to the neighbouring tooth. Bill handled this with remarkable skill and precision. What impressed me just as much was the efficiency. The consultation and treatment were completed in less than an hour and the whole process was quick, smooth and painless. It is very reassuring as a patient to encounter someone who is so clearly gifted at their profession. Bill has a confidence that immediately makes you feel you are in very experienced & capable hands. I am extremely grateful for the care and expertise shown and would not hesitate to recommend Bill and the team at The Implant Centre.

The treatment and aftercare I have received from the Implant Centre, and Matthew Rose, has been excellent. They are a very friendly and efficient team. I had a single implant. All my concerns and queries were addressed, all treatment processes were explained clearly and thoroughly. I am extremely happy with the outcome and the care I have received. I have a complicated dental history and have had implants placed in several different countries, some better than others. However I have never before had the excellent service and attention to every detail that I have received at The Implant Centre in Hove. Such professionalism, stress free surroundings and overall friendliness deserve the 5* rating (I would even go 6 if I could!). I cannot recommend it enough and I count myself an expert on the receiving end of dental implants and care.

Bill is an amazing dentist and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He did an extraction and implant procedure that was not possible with my regular dentist. His confident advice and guidance, back up by his immense experience, meant that I could go into the procedure with complete faith in him. He explained what he was doing at every stage and never hesitated, so I could just lie back and almost enjoy it myself!

Absolutely delighted with my implants. Guy did an amazing job from start to finish. I am a nervous patient but he was very sensitive and highly skilful, managing to do a double extraction without need for any painkillers afterwards! All the staff at the centre were equally impressive. Would thoroughly recommend.

I visited the Implant centre, in late 2022 to for a examination with a view to replacing a denture which I had fitted in the late sixties as the result of a motor car accident, Mathew Rose was very professional and helpful in assessing my situation, and recommended a bridge to be fitted to 2 implants at the front and also extraction of 2 broken teeth further back on the jaw, This resulted in a number of appointments, over about 15 months, including building up bone structure in my jaw. Everything was done in a very relaxed manner and without any duress on my part. The result is brilliant, and after nearly 50 years I am now, in my opinion the owner of a very nice set of teeth.
