I had an emergency appointment at Designer Smiles and they managed to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. Hannah was absolutely amazing – she was so reassuring, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. The clinic was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was far better than I expected given the circumstances. I am new to the area and I came in due to a problem with a tooth, which has been going on for a while. Lizet was very thorougher, she explained all my options, and discussed ways financially to make the treatment possible. Her Dental Nurse Hannah, was very kind and ensured I was okay through out the treatment. Wendy on the desk, was very friendly and cheerful. I also saw Sue for the Hygienist - who gave me lots of tips to improve my oral hygiene, and I left feeling very positive. Practice was very clean and there was just a friendly vibe all round. Would highly recommend

Lizet is the BEST dentist I have ever been to. She and Hannah are so reassuring, kind, welcoming and non-judgemental. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! I cannot recommend designer smiles enough, especially if you are a nervous patient 😊

Lizet and her wonderful dental nurse Hannah are truly outstanding. I recently had some porcelain crowns and Venners fitted and I am so pleased with the result. My new teeth are better than I possibly could have imagined thanks to the superb talent and patient-centred care that I received at the practice. Lizet takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and involve you in your treatment decisions. Lizet and her team are exceptional at creating a warm welcome, Hannah always puts me at ease with her friendly warm nature and Lizet is gentle, non judgmental, kind and caring. I am having a fair bit of work done after years of being extremely nervous of dentists and I would not trust anyone else to perform this task. Beautiful squeaky clean surgery, care and attention to listening and reassurance at every level. Thank you To such a great team.

My appointment was on time and I was greeted by the nice friendly receptionist. All members of staff were very knowledgeable and professional. As well as receiving my treatment I was given a detailed explanation and aftercare advice. I am a nervous patient but Lizette and Hannah reassured me throughout my appointment. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
