The intent at this clinic is not about profit margins but about delivering genuine customer care both in the short term and for long term outcomes. That level of honesty and transparency is rare and incredibly reassuring. I left with a clear treatment plan that was well within budget and a little more faith in humanity. I have confidently made the decision to proceed with this clinic and my search is over. I’m genuinely happy and very confident so far. The Smile Sanctuary in Hornchurch is fantastic! The staff are warm and welcoming, as someone who’s felt nervous about dental visits in the past, I appreciated how kind and understanding the staff were throughout the appointment and Dr Nabiha takes real care to explain everything clearly and put you at ease. Literally a couple of hours ago I had an extraction at Smile Sanctuary. I am a total coward when it comes to dentistry and the prospect of this mornings operation had really played on my mind. With the benefit of hindsight I really had no cause to worry. Dr Oz is a superb dentist. He talked everything through in a way that is easy to follow so that nothing came as a surprise. His great work supported by the professionalism and encouragement of his lovely nurse and receptionist made for an experience that was painless and just so quick. Wonderful service totally deserving a 5* rating and more!
