I am a current patient and been going to this surgery for many years. Experience has generally been good however not so good now. The new dentist I am seeing has made a number of mistakes with some false teeth that I am paying for privately. I need 3 new teeth but asked for just one to begin with to see how it feels. Two or three times now the dentist has ordered three not just one as agreed and the material used is not what we agreed. I’m not paying £1,200 - £2,000 for teeth that aren’t right.

Had my first NhS appointment here. The examination lasted about 20 seconds in my mouth. In that time I was then told I need 2 fillings and was told the cost of private (£200+ per tooth) fillings. No X-rays taken. Felt like they were just trying to get private work out of me. How they can tell what is going on without an X-ray seems dodgy as ! Not impressed

I am so grateful to the whole team at Mydentist Henfield. Arriving at the dentist, without an appointment at 9.00 yesterday 1st October, with a swollen lower jaw and in considerable pain, I was offered an appointment at 10.00, rather than return home, I was told where I could get an excellent coffee whilst I wait. On return to the surgery, it was quickly established that I had an infection in my lower jaw, spreading from left to right, requiring antibiotics. There in lies an issue, I have only recently joined this practice, having been only for a check up in September. I am chronically allergic to Penicillin, which produces an anaphylactic response, along with a lesser response to many common antibiotics. Obi and the nurse (forgive me I forget her name) were amazing, they waited for me to contact my Doctors and ask for a list of drugs I react badly too. 30 hours later the pain is subsiding, the swelling has stopped growing and the antibiotics are clearly working, my reaction to the medicine prescribed is tolerable. This is service, health care and customer care above and beyond. Thank you so much Team!!!!!

Very good, felt very at ease and everything was explained clearly, this is a new dentist for me and I was very impressed, just wish the government would make the NHS include dentistry in their free treatment as they do with medical

Great dentist, for someone that really doesn't like dentist, what can I say. All the staff are very warm and friendly. Obe explains everything very clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Great enjoy, I definitely won't feel as nervous on my next visit. Definitely 5 stars from me. Thanks guys.

This is a wonderful dentist. They really care about their patients which is hard to find. I highly recommend this Dentist I have just moved to them and I’m so glad I did. Thank you.

I suffer with ms and had an infected tooth that was making my symptoms worse . I phoned Friday morning they gave me an appointment straight away . I drove over had my tooth out and was home resting by midday . Absolutely brilliant service and I feel so much better
