New NHS patient to this practice. So far everything has been excellent. The Dentist and hygienist have been fantastic. Thank you for making experience painless. Highly recommended.

Delighted to have found such a good dentist locally. Friendly staff and a great service. Saw the hygienist team which was relaxing and they made my smile squeeky clean - then straight in for the removal of 2 cracked teeth. Fast, pain free, and professional. Couldn't ask for more. Brilliant

I would not recommend this dentist. I found her rude she didn't listen to me. Actually, she hardly spoke during my consultations. She didn't like that, I queried how my mouth felt and became even more abrupt. My teeth were worse after she picked at them and made my gums bleed, and the filling she did was really uneven and actually fell out. I have moved to a new dentist and realised just how bad treatment there was. I am extremely surprised that The Mews is still open. Oh and 3 monthly checks? Think it's a money making scam.

Fitted me in for an emergency appointment having broken off my front tooth. Appointment was on time, really friendly and professional, made me feel at ease. Remarkable job and can't see "the join" Really pleased and thanks very much for such a good job

Sadly Mr Crees retired and the practice changed hands. It was no longer calm and reassuring and I was not convinced that things were done in my best interest.Although entitled to free dental care I have changed to a private practice which I can ill afford. Such was my discomfort at The Mews. The dentist was very rough, did not explain things and was difficult to understand when she did speak. She was also extremely rude to the existing receptionist when she first took over. Shouting at her in front of me in a very demeaning way. The receptionist is no longer there.

I attended this dental practice as a registered NHS patient for a tooth extraction procedure which unfortunately did not go well and became a very distressing experience. The procedure was extremely painful and appeared not to be carried out properly, which caused significant discomfort and stress for me. Because of the complications, I had to seek further treatment afterwards. During the same week, my husband also received treatment at this practice and he experienced similar problems with his dental treatment. As a result, this situation has caused a great deal of physical pain and mental stress for our family. Dental treatment is something that requires great care and professionalism because any damage can have long-term consequences. I would sincerely request the practice to ensure that capable and experienced dentists are treating patients, and that patients are treated with care, professionalism, and respect. I hope the practice takes patient concerns seriously so that others do not have to go through the kind of experience we faced.

Terrible. Dentist obv wanted an early finish. In and out. Barely opened mouth before deciding two fillings needed. Visited another dentist who completely disagreed. Avoid..if possible
